I have always cleaned my own windows, it’s a lot of work and I just never felt like they were as clean and streak free as I’d like. I have a number of windows I can’t reach and finally decided to splurge and have them professionally cleaned. WOW!!! I am never going back. They look so good, the price was great and well worth it. What an awesome business. We were moving my mom out of her house and making it ready to rent. Our original person that was going to come help couldn’t and Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning was ready and able to come that day and their prices were great too. They did an amazing job inside and outside. Our widow tech was Clint and he was so polite and very respectful to my dad (dad wanted me to make sure I noted that on the review!) and he did an awesome job. I have used this company several times. The first time was a good cleaning, but the technician did not move my furniture back against the walls. I thought I'd let that go since I can move my stuff.

The second time, the technician broke a screen and neglected to do a good job washing the outsides of these windows. I texted him for over a week straight, and he never responded. I then called the office and they said they would send somebody out to take care of the issues. They ended up sending the same technician and he was mean-spirited and frankly rude to my wife. I called again spoke with a different person in the office who I texted the picture of the Eastern window, which you can clearly see is not clean. She promised me I would receive a call back today. It's now 5:30 and I have not received a call back.

I have attempted to reach them again, but they don't answer my calls.

What's terrible about all of this is their complete lack of compassion to my innocent wife, and their lack of positive customer service.

I will never be calling these folks again.

Best housekeeping in Reno because not only do they deep clean the house, but they also organize!! My house feels like a new home. They come in a team of 3 cleaning ladies because 6 eyes is better than 2.

I will be using them again. They are very tedious and they were able to clean parts of our house that I wasn't able to clean. And they use all natural cleaning products and don't use any harsh chemicals.
