I can not say enough good things here! My husband and I both work full time and keeping up on the housework was killing our weekends. We decided to try out a monthly house cleaning service and now I don’t think I can ever go without Katie and her team.

Thorough - My floors are spotless and they even did the dishes (which I HATE doing) and thoughtful - made cute little folds in the toilet paper roll and paper towel roll. Adorable!

I'm glad I found Reno's Biggest Little Cleaning Company, a great local cleaning company. Been using RBLCC for months now, I switched because my previous cleaning service was really disappointing me on the quality for the price and they were never on time. RBLCC is much better; they get to my place on schedule and go above and beyond on the quality of the service plus they have good communication.

Our apartment gets cleaned every 2 weeks, and it’s always spotless! The cleaners are friendly and they do an incredible job, and Katie is always responsive. I highly recommend Reno’s Biggest Little Cleaning Company!

I really appreciate the work RBLCC does! It's a relief to come home from work and spend time with my family instead of frantically cleaning the house. Sometimes the quality of the cleaning and what gets done can change depending on who is doing it, but I've never had a complaint. They even work around my crazy schedule. The price is fair. This busy working mom so appreciates the help!

Recently moved into a new house and the old home owners neglected to mention just how poorly upkept they left their house. So dirty behind all the furniture and curtains, could hardly see out of the windows in the back of the house.

As an owner of a business myself, I couldn't find the time to clean the house on my own, luckily Katie and her crew took care of the mess and gave me the time to work without the worry at home. Windows were sparkling, bathroom so clean I was almost scared to use it in case I made it dirty again, and all that dust that bothered my allergies was gone. Felt like the house was worth a million dollars after Katie was done with it.

Less than satisfactory cleaning done, I had to spend 4 hours cleaning after they finished cleaninh.

Set up first appointment for cleaning 1+ week ahead of time and the cleaner was 2.5 hrs late. Waited with no warning call and finally spoke to a gal on the phone who said she would contact the cleaner and get back to be. Didn't get a call back and half hour later the cleaner showed up, but I was on my way out already and had to cancel. Not a good first impression.

This group is amazing!! Katie was responsive, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The team she sent to clean our client's home did a great job! Professional, thorough, and stuck to the time frame as scheduled. I'll definitely be calling them for future cleanings.

Recommend this service for anyone looking for a good fair price for quality housecleaning. Katie, the owner is responsive and very easy to work with. Removing one star simply because the cleaners don’t always show up at the same time depending on how detailed the service before me was. But when they are here they work fast and efficiently.

So far i've only had two house cleanings with great results. Following the third cleaning I was highly disappointed with carpet stains that I had voiced my concern too company personnel. I ended up using my own home carpet shampooer. I ceased using their service due to this.

I went through so many different cleaners in the past because I am very particular about the cleanliness of my home. I always look forward to my cleaning day. My house is always very clean and smells wonderful. Ruth provides our cleaning service and is excellent! She's so nice and very thorough. It's just amazing how long my house stays clean until my next service. She always takes a few minutes when she walks in to say hi to our fur babies and they are so excited to see her too. Very disappointed. Was told I was scheduled at 9:30 and when they didn’t show I called 3 times and finally got a call back. Was told they arrive in a 1/2 hr window (nothing was ever said about that during booking) and was told they were pulling in. 40 min AFTER that they arrived! I had very specific requests that I wanted done for a move out. While the girl did a great job on the oven and our kitchen her husband was upstairs working on our two bathrooms, or so I thought! We were busy moving final items out and they walked out when they were done and we tipped them very well! Came to find out the guy didn’t even clean one of the bathrooms before moving onto a task I requested only if time allowed! I was not happy I had to spend hours I didn’t have cleaning it and that we tipped them when we shouldn’t have!! We specifically didn’t clean for a couple months since we knew we would book a move out cleaning so things needed a little more elbow grease! Called Katie and left a message stating I had concerns and she never returned my call. This company was recommended to me and now I don’t know why. Will definitely not be recommending them to anyone I know! Don’t ever book service with this company!!!

I absolutely love Reno's Biggest Little Cleaning Company and how wonderful they have been to me. I need a lot of help with organization and clutter reduction and they deliver time after time. I can't believe how fast and focused their team has been. I've had a few different cleaners come and I sincerely respect their hard work and trust their kindness with my pets.
