Maid Pro cleaners are always very professional and thorough. I’ve had them for over a year with consistently good service.

MaidPro Reno was one of the greatest cleaning services in northern Nevada until the ownership changed and their care for their employees plummeted. This is not a review on their cleaning quality but on their respect for the employees who have been there for years. 90% of the five star reviews came from employees who care about their job. But none of them will be there in the foreseeable future due to that disrespect and manipulative actions of the NEW owners. Take your business elsewhere.

We're very happy with our Maidpro service. Our most recent cleaner, Ilene, is friendly, asks if there are any special requests, and does a great job. Maidpro (Ilene) is worth the cost.

Worst clean I have ever had. Avoid them at all cost. They were here for hours and did next to nothing! Picture are from AFTER they did their pro clean which is supposedly bigger and better than their normal clean! More like MaidNO!

Ashley is beyond "Pro"!!! She's an expert at keeping my home sparkling! We would not trade her skills and fantastic personality for the moon!!

I was so desperate for someone to clean my house and 2 angels showed up—-Sophia and Ashley were incredible. Took care of my stuff, very thorough, very pleasant just a fabulous experience!! I would highly recommend this team!!

Lydia has cleaned my house a few times, and I highly recommend her. She is always punctual and ready to get started. My house is sparkling and smelling fresh after she's done. She's always friendly, and my cat likes her too.

A team of 2 arrived around 12:30pm & later a gentleman arrived to help finish the job.

The owner is a liar. I spoke to her after they didn't show up and cancelled. Don't do business with these foolish creatures

They did and okay job for too much money. In the amount of time they were there it was not worth it to me and I'll find an alternative. I haven't used a cleaning service in a long time and was expecting better....

Just ok…..bathroom tiles to the ceiling were not cleaned. Glass on shower door still had soap scum . I will try again soon

Very satisfied with the service. They do a great job cleaning. I have no complaints what so ever.
