I had recently moved to the Reno/Tahoe area and called MaidPro to come and help me clean items that had been in storage for a long time, they came and did such an excellent job, I scheduled them to come back every two-weeks. Andrea is an absolute joy, she understands what needs to be done and goes above and beyond when she doesn't have too. She and her team are amazing and I can't recommend them enough. Awesome job Andrea and the Reno MaidPro team, so pleased with your service.

We had our first cleaning today with MaidPro and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only does our house look and smell wonderful but the attention to detail was impeccable. Our house had not had a deep clean in months and now you would never know it. Even our dog had his bed made and toy placed on the pillow! We can't wait for our next cleaning and are so happy with the service and of course our pros Heather and Celina.

I have been using a different cleaning company for years. I was happy with the work being done, but I needed to have a cleaning ASAP and they were not available to do the job in the time frame that I was looking for. I just googled cleaning companies and Maid Pro popped up and I called to check if they could get me in on a short notice, they came the next day and what set them apart from the other cleaning service was the manner of their employees, they were polite and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They did a great job on the cleaning! I was impressed that they called for a quality assurance check. Another member of the team came to inspect my home while the crew was still there to ensure that the job was done up to the standards put forward by the company. That showed that they really cared about the quality of their work. I am cancelling my reoccurring cleaning with the other cleaning services and hiring MaidPro to do my cleanings full time. This is the first time I’ve used MaidPro and I am very happy! Iris and Angela showed up on time with pleasant personalities and ready to work. We’ve used MaidPro in Reno weekly for the past 2 1/2 months. Thus far I’d rate them 4 1/2 stars and would recommend them to others. The first clean for staff were sent for a first-time deep clean. Then and now I’m so happy to have my whole house clean all at the same time. The lead person that day and every clean since was and remains Isabella. She is pleasant, communicates well with her co-workers, and is a hard-worker. Isabella gets five stars in my book. Rowan has become the person who works regularly here with Isabella. Rowan is eager for feedback, conscientious, and very sweet, and it’s great to see that the girls work well together. Why not a five star review for MaidPro? I think when you start with a new service like this there can be hiccups at the start, a getting to know each other period for is and for them. I haven’t left a five star review for them yet, but I happily continue to use them and isn’t that the true test?

I have had a great experience using MaidPro. I’ve been using them for months now and still very happy. Iris always does an amazing job! She is a pleasure to see and is always very friendly. It is very nice to walk into a sparkling clean home after a long hard day! Thank you Iris!

I love Maid Pro, Megan has been cleaning my home for a bit and she is literally incredible! She is always so sweet, timely, and organized. Her cleanings help take one thing off my plate and I appreciate all she does for me and my home! Highly recommend her and maid pro!

We have been very happy with the services provided by madipro. They arrive each week to keep our Reno home in top shape! Our main pro, Io, is courteous and thorough. We know when we interact it will be in a professional manner and when we arrive home our house will smell nice, our bathrooms and kitchen will be spotless, and there will be nice touches like "boutique" style towel folding. We feel we can trust them to be reliable and do a beautiful job.

Vanessa is amazing and I am so thrilled with MaidPro! I'm especially happy because my husband was also very pleased with the cleaning job. He's a Marine and has extremely high cleaning expectations and Vanessa exceeded even those. :-) We will absolutely continue with MaidPro because it's a tremendous value for a great service. I have been using MaidPro for about a year and a half now. While all the Pros have done a good job, Megan has been cleaning my place now for a while and she is fantastic! MaidPro sent two cleaners to my house. Tyler& Val. They did a good job. They didn’t scrub the floors too well so Ashley came the next day and Bona mopped the floors. I am pleased with the work done and I will have the cleaners come back in two weeks.

We use MaidPro for regular cleans and have had a great experience with them. From the start, they have been friendly, professional, and great at communicating. They send reminder texts and emails when we have a clean scheduled and call well in advance if they need to adjust the schedule. Kendra had been our regular pro for several months and we love her. She’s super friendly and flexible whenever we have requests for her to do something different or have special requests. Plus, she’s great with dogs which is important to us since we have two in our home while she cleans. Our pups love her and they aren’t always the best with new people. Highly recommend MaidPro and Kendra.

We had an awesome experience with MaidPro! Emma, Hannah and Celina are not only spectacular cleaners but are professional, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to have in our home! We are very happy new weekly customers and would recommend them to anyone who cares about their home. And, a real bonus to excellent cleaning are the people in the office, Greg, the franchise owner and Shanna, the manager. I felt they really cared about me as a customer and were willing to do whatever it took to make me a happy permanent customer. Rose and Alfie are always courteous, on time, and do a great job on our house. The floors and bathrooms sparkle when they are done!

Celina is fantastic. She’s a total ray of sunshine, and I love having her in our home every other week. On top of that, she’s incredibly professional—always on time, efficient, and thorough. We have had MaidPro for 3 years now every other week, and they have been fantastic! Especially when we had our first and then second baby. It's well worth the "splurge" every month. The owners are very nice and the office staff are too. We love our current cleaner, Io. They are so nice and they always do such a great job! :)

Update 2024: we’ve been with them for 5 years now and still so impressed with them! Annie is our current cleaner and the absolute best.
