The guys at Tru Comfort installed new heating & A/C systems in our home 9 months ago, and recently performed a system check for us. They have been courteous and respectful in every aspect of the process, and our new system is performing flawlessly.

I am very impressed with the quality of the work done, they were thorough and efficient. We chose to have an entire new unit installed though they gave us bandaid options, which we appreciated. My AC went out on probably the hottest day of the summer and Tru Comfort was very prompt at helping me and they did a great job fixing my AC. The technician, Blake, was awesome and very professional. I highly recommend them!

Blake has gone above and beyond for my family. Unlike some of the bigger companies, Blake takes his time and explains everything to us in great detail. He is extremely sweet to my old dog who follows him around as well as my kiddos. He came back again today to try to fix our AC that's been having issues for 4 years and instead of telling us to get a new one, he took the time to figure out and fix the problem. I truly can't say enough good things about this guy! He's our fav and we will be using and recommending this company moving forward.

After a summer of eliminating mice infestation in our crawlspace, Blake stepped in to help us strategize and deal with cleaning and treating ductwork successfully and at a manageable cost. Blake is a star..... prompt, reliable, excellent communicator, thorough and attentive to details that I'm convinced other similar HVAC companies would not have paid attention to...after years with a different HVAC company, we have we are now a client Tru Comfort and look forward to their excellent service going forward.

We were having issues with our air conditioning unit; Blake came to our house, assessed the situation and within a few minutes knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He had what he needed on the truck and our a/c is working beautifully again! Blake was very friendly, experienced and informative! Thank you Tru Comfort!

My business needed hvac services, once I reached the office , I had someone schedule a technician within the next couple hours, they followed up with me , kept me updated on progress and repairs, and had the HVAC up and running before the days end . Turns out the owner was the guy helping the entire time . Very professional, will be retuning for any services needed in the future.

I called and technician came right out and assessed the issue. He ordered the part that day and came back next morning and installed it. My heater is working great. Thank you!

Incredible service and very timely. Blake was very knowledgeable and after discovering it was a plumbing issue rather than HVAC issue he recommended a remediation and Tru Comfort covered the service time he was here!!!

If anyone needs HVAC work, we’ve used this company a few times now. Responded quick, show videos of their work, really honest and no perceived “up sell” on things. And they clean up after themselves. 10/10 recommend and we will continue to stick with Tru Comfort as our go-to for HVAC needs.

Marty here and It’s review time, Tru Comfort in my opinion is Guaranteed 5 Stars Plus! We’re probably among one of Dillans and bother Braden’s oldest customers. Like most others, we were having issues with our HVAC Company and felt we needed to make a change. With Tru Comfort I liked the fact it’s a hands on family owned company which means the buck stops here (meaning them) no passing!
We’ve all been in a situation where we hired someone to do a task and at completion it was not to our liking causing anxiety not knowing if it was going to be a happy ending or not so happy ending. The reason I bring this up is because over the years with Tru Comfort I’ve only had one situation where I wasn’t happy with the ending I reached out to Dillan. Dillan and Braden came out agreed and immediately set up plan of correction… making mine a Happy Ending without any anxiety.
Because of that, all of Team Tru Comfort in my opinion are: Professionals, Responsive, Punctual with GREAT Quality and Prices! They’re just Good guys!! So tell your friends and get on board with Tru comfort you won't be Sorry!

Tru Comfort has been great. As a Realtor and Property Manager I have many occasions to use Tru Comfort. They are always responsive and get the job done right. They do yearly service for the rentals I manage and have also installed new systems for homes I manage or sell.
