Weaklands was very responsive and professional. Kirk came out and had an honest assessment of the repair. I’ve tried many other HVAC services in Reno (yes, those guys) and Weaklands is by far the best. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Kirk and Kaiden came onsite same day and treated me great. Answered all my questions and built trust in everything they said. I could not recommend them more. Anna, Kirk’s wife in the office was great as well. She over communicated and snuck me in when others company’s told me they couldn’t get anyone to my house for days. Support a local business that’s been around since the early 90’s.

Kurt and Anna have been taking care of me for the better part of the 38 years I’ve lived in my home. I have never had any reason to complain about anything! Anna is always great on the phone, and Kurt is the most personable and professional guy you’ll ever meet. He always gets the job done right!

Yesterday morning was Christmas morning. I got up at 4:30 AM to find my thermostat was dead and my furnace was running continuously and blowing the 28-degree outside air into my house!

I tried to troubleshoot it myself for about an hour and then put in a call to Weakland’s, knowing I would get voicemail. While I was waiting to leave a message, I started to feel bad about the prospect of interrupting their Christmas Day, and so I ended up hanging up without leaving a message, and started looking for HVAC companies on Google. Well, when Anna got up, she saw that I had called, and she called me back. I explained to her what was going on, and within about 45 minutes, Kurt was at my house. He didn’t have the part he needed, but he put one in that would hold me for the day until he could pick one up the next day when everything was open. That’s the kind of service and loyalty that you can’t even put a dollar amount on. My family was coming over for Christmas dinner, and Kurt and Anna saved the day, sacrificing part of their Christmas Day to help me.

There are no words I can use to express how much I recommend Weakland’s and Kurt and Anna. Thank you so much for always being there! You guys are the best!

They came the same day our furnace
went out. God bless them! We are seniors and were sooo cold.

Our furnace died a few years ago on Thanksgiving Day. The owner and his wife came out that day. He diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. and it was snowing. Excellent work; wonderful response; nice people. today the issue was the water heater, and the owner came out and did a complete repair. Very good work, nice people

Weaklands was quick to respond when we called after our AC unit had broken down. They came the same day and fixed the unit quickly and explained to us what happened. We enjoyed talking with Kirk.

I have used Weaklands since 1989 to keep my HVAC systems running smoothly. In 1989 owner Kirk installed a new furnace and A/C unit in my business building in Sparks.
In 2000, I purchased a duplex in Sparks and had Kirk install 2 new furnaces and A/C units in that building.
Excellent work always, quality products, and an amazing team of people who you can trust to work with.

Blake is absolutely amazing! In under 5 minutes, he pinpointed the exact issue with my furnace. Not only did he swiftly diagnose the problem, but he also presented me with all the available options, considering that my furnace is three decades old. He meticulously walked me through each step of the diagnosis and replacement process, ensuring I understood everything. Additionally, he went above and beyond by assisting me in resetting my Nest thermostat. Blake's expertise and exceptional service are truly commendable!

Had a heating emergency on the weekend...of course.
I was called back quickly, and a very nice gentleman came out. He showed me what was happening and gave me options. As he couldn't get the parts that night, he loaned us space heaters to get through till Monday. Amazingly the space heaters worked great!
They arrived on time and installation was quick.
The technicians were very professional and clean. Would highly recommend!

The technician was friendly and very helpful. I was told by another technician by another company that my wiring was messed up and I would need an electrician. But he would do it for $580. I know he wasn’t telling me the truth. So after calling around I found this company. Braden came in and fixed the issue immediately. No wiring needed replacing. Awesome dude! This was my second time using Tru Comfort Heating and Air, and they were just as great as the first time. They were professional, timely, proactive and they wore booties on their shoes in my home to keep it clean. I cannot recommend them enough!

Started off ok but then would not return phone calls. Gave me quotes to repair but a week later said the personal on two separate occasions were not technically proficient enough to give them. They would tell me they would call me back but did not. To many red flags that I told them to disregard and I would find a professional to do the job.
