I had an outstanding experience with Goettl HVAC in Reno during a recent maintenance service. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly thorough.
A special shout-out goes to Pablo, our technician. He was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Pablo took the time to explain everything he was checking, walked me through the condition of each component, and gave helpful tips on how to keep our system running efficiently year-round. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. Because of his professionalism and the overall quality of service, Goettl has definitely earned my trust and future business.

Davey B was awesome. Very friendly, personable, thorough and professional. Very detailed review of pictures and explanation of issues and gave us three quotes for repair costs. Afterwards he was able to locate parts and get him scheduled the next day to complete repairs. Again, he provided pictures of repairs and the charge was exactly what was quoted. Highly recommend a water heater flush!
We recently had our water heater flushed, and it made a noticeable difference right away. The water heats more efficiently, runs cleaner, and we have more consistent hot water throughout the house. The service was quick, professional, and well worth it for the peace of mind knowing our system is being properly maintained.
If you want to extend the life of your water heater and improve performance, this is definitely a service worth doing. We’ll absolutely keep this as part of our regular home maintenance.

The technician, Anthony, came on time and texted me while he was on the way to my house. He got access to the furnace and took pictures of furnace and fix a lot of what I concerned of the furnace. He works thoroughly in the attic and cleaned up after the service is done. Due to the fact that the system is nearly 20 years old, the furnace is getting near to the end of its life cycle, I was highly recommended to replace into a new system with several options, but I declined the offer. But when it’s time to replace the furnace, I would definitely call Goettl again for the replacement.

He was so professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection.
As he inspected each facet of my home, he was very honest and stoic in ensuring that I understood what he was doing and seeing the problems and what future problems could arise.
He also did all of this with such charismatic humor and grace which allowed me to feel better and comfortable in asking any questions without feeling naive.
He taught me which filters I needed and why.He explained how to maintain vents in a safe manner and different things to look for in my older home that are starting to wear out.
I was able to comfortably ask any and all questions and received honest feedback and support in what directions to take going forward towards a successful change in my home. This type of professionalism and care is a rare find these days but Dan truly is an exceptional tradesmen and I would recommend everyone to reach out to this company that has employees who genuinely show their integrity,care and overall support for your highest good.

We had a fantastic experience with Jef from Goettl. He was able to come out the same day for furnace maintenance and cleaning, which was incredibly helpful. Jef was super friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. He immediately put booties on before coming inside (which I always appreciate) and took the time to take photos and walk me through everything he was seeing.

I had a lot of questions about upkeep and preventative maintenance since some of our equipment is aging, and he explained everything clearly without any pressure. Their annual membership is also very reasonably priced and makes ongoing maintenance simple. Highly recommend for responsive, thorough, and respectful service.
