Mike from Goettl plumbing repaired a water line that had burst under the house. He came out right away and did a great job. I believe damage from the pipe break was kept to a minimum. He was very polite and professional, and explained what needed to be done. I'm very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend.

On time and your estimator was very much the professional. I am impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge of equipment option available to me.

Update: I accepted your proposal and wow, three days later my house has heat and air. Installation time was a little over five hours with breaks, and all the time your crew worked efficiently and professionally. Nothing left undone. A big THANK YOU for you guys.
Update2: Goetti set up the building permit appointment with the county, and attended the inspection, which past with no issues. Other companies that I have dealt with have not done so much. Furthermore, I did get multiple estimates, and all the other companies had convenient add-on's which proved by the inspection were a unnecessary expense, thus making Geotti price the lowest and most honest of them all. By the way, the heater and a/c have work to perfection and are both very quiet.

Follow up: A home inspection showed a small issue with my new furnace, so I called Goettl. Next day service and they determined there was an issue with the furnace they installed. Two days later (Christmas Eve) a brand-new furnace was installed. No debate, new questions asked, no cost to me, they insisted. This was quit the contrast to what I experience with other HVAC companies I have dealt with in my forty years in Reno.

Geo was my tech and he was amazing. He was able to come same day. He showed and explained what the problem was and exactly how he was fixing it. He was great to talk to overall but I appreciated knowing what was happening too.

Thank you to everyone at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing that helped me with my water heater replacement. From call to finish in two days, excellent.
I especially want to give a shout out to Connor, who did the replacement, he was awesome. He was respectful and cleaned up afterwards. I even commented on how impressed I was that he was able to fit everything needed in a small space.
Overall I would recommend Goettl services especially in an inconvenient situation like mine. They will make you a priority.

Jef was very professional, honest, experienced and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything and answering our many questions and assdrwwing our concerns. We are so grateful for such a positive experience.

Geo came out to our house. He went under the house and evaluated the issues. He took pictures and explained what had to be fixed. It was a fairly large job which he completed on a day convenient for us. He worked several hours. He took pictures of completed work. He made sure I was satisfied and had no questions. Geoff was a polite man with manners. He did a great job.

Would highly recommend this company. We just had a new system installed and Jason is the man. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure it was installed perfect.
Took extra time to extra insulate everything and tested every piece of the system before departing. Was very impressed with the time he took to explain everything in detail and made sure we were dialed in. Very happy we chose Goettl for all our heating and cooling needs.

Conner came out for a standard inspection and I'm glad he did! He found a previous company did not complete work that they promised. He saved me a potential headache down the line. He gave a no pressure quote and spent extra time to help me understand the issue.

The same day I had Chris come out for a second opinion on an HVAC repair. He found the previous tech recommend fix was not needed and saved me money there.

The best HVAC company is one that doesn't try to push unnecessary work. They certainly earned my trust for future work.

I am soooo happy we chose Goettl for our whole house replumb. We have a very large home and the original builder used a type of piping that had a 100% fail rate…well it failed and we had a very expensive mess on our hands. Goettl was not the cheapest quote we received but they definitely were NOT the most expensive either! The other companies all prepared us for a major demo with damage to exterior stucco, damage to tile, real hardwood floors would need to be ripped up and lots of interior wall damage. Goettl mapped it out in a way that we only had a few small Sheetrock holes and they even connected us with a Sheetrock repair guy that had the holes repaired within a day of the plumbing completion. Alan and Tre were incredible they worked efficiently, professionally and had wonderful communication. Alan even came back a few times after the job was completed to make some small adjustments (because I’m picky and needy lol). We trusted them in our home alone when we had places to be, our dog Loki loved them, and the work was done fast, they were respectful of our property and cleaned up afterwards. Those two deserve raises and merits for their customer service skills and hard work!

Chris was excellent. He was very nice, professional, and respectful of our home. He worked efficiently, stayed clean and organized, and you could tell he’s truly hard-working. We really appreciated the quality of his service. Highly recommend!

Connor was a consummate professional the entire time. He offered to show and explain all of his procedures and why he was doing them. He fixed a blockage in the main line, but also detected a crack in the pipe in the crawlspace which, if not found, could have resulted in catastrophe. He was able to clearly schedule and perform the necessary fix. All in all, Connor, and Goettl were friendly, efficient, and professional.

Fantastic service! My initial scheduling for service was easy to do. I needed to change my appointment day and that was easy as well. I was contacted and advised an earlier appointment was available if I wanted it. I was notified 15 minutes in advance the technician was on the way. The technician was professional and informative, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answered all questions I had. I plan on doing more business with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

Michael did a great job for us today. Our sewage line was completely blocked by roots. He showed me with the camera and educated me on what was happening to our old iron cast line. He knew what he was doing, the what, the why is this happening. This is going to be a major project having to replace the entire line and he informed me on how this process works and the time and effort and safety it takes to replace a line. Goettl's website was easy to use and we got an appointment the very next day. Great job Michael. Will definitely use Goettl again.

Service Technician, Chris Beers, with Goettl HVAC provided outstanding service from start to finish. Not only was he able to make it out same day for an unknown heat related issue. Throughout his time at my home, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our system and what needed to be done. Chris worked efficiently, was respectful of our home, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find a technician who combines knowledgeable expertise with such great customer service as well. Highly recommend Mr. Beers (what an iconic last name :) hah ) and Goettl HVAC to anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service!

Davey came out to take a look at my heater, he did the inspection and cleaning. He also told me everything he did and showed me a few things that needed more attention. He gave me a no pressure quote and was very nice and professional.

Pablo was so helpful and friendly. He checked all the ducts and shared photos of what was in them, and I feel confident that everything will be taken care of. Can’t thank Pablo and Goettl enough for their quick service and helpfulness. Setting up the appointment for the cleaning of the ducts was easy. The work will be done in a week and I can't wait to see the difference in air quality and improved airflow. I will definitely call Goettl for any future plumbing, HVAC, and installation needs.

I would definitely recommend Goettl. Good experience from the time I made the appointment to the end of the service. Mike H was an excellent employee. He was right on time and was very professional and courteous. He was honest about the problem and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which is very rare these. I would actually recommend him personally if that’s possible. Great company and I highly recommend them.

I have meant to leave a review every single time Goettl has been out because everybody we have encountered has been extremely professional and friendly, and they always provide thorough service. We have the monthly membership which is so worth it because if they didn’t reach out to us a couple times a year to schedule our service, we would literally never do it. Today they came out to check our drains because something was accidentally flushed down the toilet, but also tightened some things that were loose, replaced a wonky seal that the DIYers before us installed, and came back with recommendations that will benefit us moving forward. We highly recommend Goettl!

Everybody who has ever been to our house has been great but we want to give a huge thank you to Chris for coming out on a last minute emergency call when he was most likely heading home shortly and deferred seeing his beautiful kids to make sure ours had heat tonight. He was clearly very knowledgeable and gave great advice and we will always call Goettl for any service we need that they can do! Whether they’re the cheapest or not we have no clue but they clearly pride themselves on customer service in a world that’s gotten away from it and in our eyes with every penny.
