I had reached out at 4am on a Sunday morning and received a response from Spencer approximately 2 hours later, he was at my house by 10am, diagnosed the problem and returned on Monday around 2pm to install the part for my furnace that he needed to order. Out of the 5 businesses that Yelp sent messages to, only Spencer responded that same day, and the others responded on Monday with a whole slew of charges even prior to knowing the problem. I, myself, work with the public, so Spencer is the kind of person who keeps my faith in the goodness in people. If you need service for heating, this is the company you should call, there wasn't ever a feeling that he was going to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate you Spencer !!!

Excellent customer service and promptness!!! Came home from work last week to find that my central a/c system stopped working during our recent record high temps. Paramount came highly recommended, so I called expecting to get an answering machine or service. I was shocked that a live person answered my call at 8pm that night!! Spencer came out the next day, explained the issues, gave me a quote, and even loaned me a portable air conditioner to use until my new system could be installed. Spencer and his tech Erik are great and will be taking care of all my a/c and heating needs in the future.

Spencer and his 2 helpers did a complete rehaul of my 30 year old furnace and replaced with a new heat pump to add in A/C as well. It has been 3 months and everything works great, and for the fairest pricing of my 5 quotes!

Needed a tune up on my furnace (attic unit). Spencer came out for the job and his documentation of the work done is what impressed me. He took detailed pictures of my unit to show me what exactly was going on with it and provided a detailed receipt of all the work that was done and advised me on a couple of things that might need attention. I have hired other companies in the past but was never impressed by what I got which is why I decided to take a chance with Paramount based on other Google reviews in regards to the level of service and pricing and I am glad that I picked this company. We needed to replace an 18 year old furnace that had failed. We had 5 companies come out and provide estimates. After reviewing all of the estimaes we decided to chose Paramount. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Spencer,Austin and Ryan are assets to Paramount. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Could not be happier with the service and product received from Paramount Heating & Air Conditioning. Spencer and Erik helped make a stressful situation easier to handle with their ease of communication and thoroughness. Setting up the service/assessment call was easy and done online and I was seen fairly quickly. Once the problem was diagnosed, all of our options were carefully explained along with price points. After a decision was made, plan was executed within a day and they did not leave until the job was done and my AC unit was running well and efficiently. Even with snags to get it running, snags that were not their fault, Spencer made sure the unit was working and would not be a safety issue for my household. It’s been a few days now and everything is running great and my home is nice and cool. But I am confident that if anything did go wrong, I could call and my concerns would be addressed without issue. Spencer, Austin and Ryan were very professional & efficient during the installation of my two mini splits. Unfortunately there was an issue with the compressor and the first hot day I had no air conditioning which is the only reason why I purchased this system. Spencer is currently dealing with the warranty run around from the dealer and has promised to purchase a compressor on his dime so I can have cool air ( which displays an above and beyond customer service attitude ). In addition he's providing me with two portable air conditioners so I don't have to deal with the triple digit forecast this weekend. I look forward to a resolution and how many companies do you know would provide this kind of service? Just wanted to add an update. The new compressor was installed last week and I am now living in air conditioned comfort. So if you want a company that stands on their word call them because I sure will. In today's world it is refreshing to run into a company that stands behind their work.

Paramount was by today to do annual maintenance on my heater. Very professional, arrived early, did a great job.
