My first time using them and everything was great! Condenser drain pipe broke off at the AC unit creating a small lake in the attic drain pan, 6-8-24. Home warranty was too slow (8 days) it was hot AF, we needed the AC with no lake, so called Ross Heating and Air Conditioning. Two nights of running into the attic with a wet dry vac when it's hot is a pita! They ended that madness.

The tech was very personable and professional. he explained the options and the process. Prices were great even with it being a call on a Saturday. Absolutely pleased and will use them again in the future.

Great patience, understanding, and explanation regarding furnace failure and available options. They took the time to hear my frustration of the moment, understand that I would prefer not to have a problem with my heater, and both explain to me and show what was going on. They worked hard to establish trust. That seemed more important to them than service revenue and selling a replacement. They took away the feeling of ouch.

I was out of heat when temperatures were dropping into the 20’s. Ross Heating was very responsive getting to my house right away. After diagnosing the problem quickly they gave me multiple options on how to fix this problem. When I decided my system was too old to repair and opted for a new system they were able to install a new furnace for me the next day. They could not have been more responsive and got me up and going with a new furnace any faster than they did. Thank you everyone at Ross Heating by getting me up and running so quickly. Anthony came out to assess our carrier unit because the thermostat kept shutting off, he resolved the issue quickly and efficiently and gave me some great tips on way we can keep our unit working properly! Anthony is an asset to this company. Their pricing was fair, and I love that they are a locally owned company! Anthony and Ross Heating will definitely be our go to HVAC company!

I have been a Ross Heating client for probably about a decade now... and will go nowhere else. Always upfront, clear, prompt and capable. They level set expectations and meet or exceed them everytime. We utilize the seasonal services, have had emergent responses or repairs as well as having an entire system replaced at various houses over the years. Damian Ross runs an ethical business the way I wish more would across any industry. I so appreciate them and how they work, cannot recommend more highly; I know when I tell a friend that they'll tend to them as expected. 5 stars is not enough!​

My AC fan was malfunctioning and i call to have someone come and fix it. I was scheduled for the next day and Travis showed up. He was very friendly and found the problem fast. Just needed a new fan battery. ROSS heating and air installed our HVAC acres years back and we have been very happy with it. Thank you!

Refusing to break down costs and calls everything a flat rate. Quotes me $720 then $1000 for repairing a part I found for $80 online better off calling a local repair man
