Kyle performed our annual heating system inspection and maintenance. He explained his findings using layman’s terms, respected the interior of our home by covering his work boots when entering our living space and ensured our heating system was functioning as expected. He did an excellent job!

I call Cool breeze company early in the morning and they had a technician that same day and on time. Our new A/C unit work fantastic all during the summer months and when it was time for us to switch over to the heater, our heater was not working. He found the issue within 10 minutes it was a broken wire from the original installation. Verified that everything was in working order. Kyle the technician was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Can't say enough good things about this company and it's personnel.

Cool Breeze Technician Kyle L came to do a Quality Check for my new Carrier furnace. He was the most efficient person I have dealt with. He did a thorough check of the equipment and answered all my questions. I will request him if I should have any issues in the future and recommend him to my neighbors.

Our HVAC system ceased functioning after experiencing a couple of power outages. We requested a repair and diagnosis, and they promptly dispatched a technician on the same day. The technician was highly informative, providing detailed explanations, and was very pleasant. I would certainly consider utilizing their services again for any future HVAC system requirements.

We initially were going to repair our over 15-year old furnace. Anthony diagnosed the issue and explained our options including cost so we could make an informed decision. Once we decided on a new furnace, Anthony and James negotiated a reasonable price for the new furnace installation and it was accomplished a day after the contract was signed. Max and Jonathan did a neat, clean job on the install and we now have reliable heat for years to come.

Highly recommend Cool Breeze Heating and A/C - from start to finish, they did a great job explaining what the problem/issue was with my current HVAC and options. I ended up purchasing a new system - big shout out to Anthony, Ed and Dave (Max too) for explaining things and spending the time making sure everything was in proper working order when they were done. EMERGENCY on Saturday Night
Didn't know who to call so I got on Google and started calling HVAC companies who advertised Open 24 Hours. All the AI Assistants who answered could schedule me next week, during normal business hours - NOT within 24 Hours! I just kept hanging up on the AIs until I reached Cool Breeze who uses an answering service with a real live person. The gal was so nice and understanding and had Kyle at my house within 30 mins.
Turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat. Now I know...
While there he took a look at the filter and the heating unit and explained some things based on the previous owner's notes.
I appreciated the education and time spent. I paid $134 for an emergecny housecall which I felt was reasonable.

Great Service! Replaced my thermostat & restored heat to my home. Kimberly handled my late night email request promptly the next morning & Steven arrived in the early afternoon. Polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Improved the air flow balance by crawling under the house & adjusting the duct dampers. He explained how they work and improvements that can be made, if needed. My first experience with Ross but not my last. They're my HVAC go-to from now on. Prompt service & fair pricing - win/win!

I contacted Ross Heating and Air for a site in Sparks for a second opinion. They were able to find a resolution and get the store some heat during a cold snap.

The previous contractor did not offer this resolution nor provide the same communication/service as Ross Heating and Air did.

Highly recommend Ross for your HVAC needs!

Definitely will be using them in future.
