Brennan and Garrett were great. They found the problem in about 5 minutes and explained what had to be replaced. Brennan sent me an est. on the cost. Really appreciated how they put everything back in place for me. Again, couple good workers and nice guys. I'd keep 'em.🙂

Incredible response time, great tech (you rock, Dillan!) and my problem was fixed literally in less than an hour of my calling the company! So nice to have my A/C working. Their diagnostic price was higher than another company I called, but that company couldn't service me until the next day. My $99 was applied to the cost of replacement part/service so, for me, it was all very worth it.

Overnight had a burning smell from the furnace. Paul's came out the same day to investigate and did a thorough, professional job. The responsiveness and excellent quality service was evident from the initial call through the technician leaving when through. Highly recommend.

Awesome locally owned business! I noticed my hot water heater was leaking, so I called Paul's immediately that afternoon. They had a technician come out the next morning. The tech Thomas presented himself extremely professional and articulate. I felt he gave us a thorough evaluation and explanation, recommendations, and a very fair quote to replace it. Thomas also checked for warranty on our old unit. They completed the unit replacement the same day, in only 2 hours. The upgraded system looks and performs incredible! We have used Paul’s Plumbing a few times. Their customer service is always incredible! Both on the phone with scheduling and then also the technician that comes to the house. Their text and email appointment reminders are very helpful and I like it that they use updated technology. They even have an app! Their prices are fair. I will continue to use them in the future and I would definitely recommend them!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had a propane system replaced because the one installed just 6 years ago by another local company was a complete disaster. There were so many things wrong with the previous installation (including a carbon monoxide leak!!!), we had to use space heaters most of the time. Zane from Paul's, and the entire crew were amazing from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and installed the system with perfection! And, they took the time to explain enduring in layman's terms so we could understand what needed to be done. I can't say enough good things about the crew who took care of this massive project, but it was worth double the price they charged, without a doubt! I'll use Paul's every single time in the future!

Back in the fall we scheduled with Paul’s Heating and Air to update our seventeen-year-old system along with installing a tankless hot water heater. James Dehl personally came to our home to examine our system and propose recommendations, and we were very excited to begin the process. However, the communication internally was difficult, and the project took much longer than originally scheduled. What should have taken two days actually spanned a week and a half. The details of why that happened aren’t important. I actually want to share what IS important. Every person who entered my home was kind and respectful. I never felt unsafe, and genuinely enjoyed my interactions with Paul’s team. I felt it was valuable to share my disappointment with the timeline and some damage that was left behind from some of the more invasive work. I kindly gave James my feedback because as a business owner myself I know I can’t make improvements or guide my team if people don’t tell me when they have a less than expected experience. James was incredibly gracious and kind, and immediately took steps to rectify the issue of damage. The vendors he contracted with were punctual, respectful and did a wonderful job. At no time was I made to feel unreasonable or unappreciated because of my feedback. Quite the opposite in fact. Honestly, I feel like I have a genuine relationship with James and his company, which is good because they’ll be responsible for maintenance, updates and repairs for years to come.

I want people to know that it’s possible they won’t have the installation experience I had, and that would be fantastic. However, if you do have an experience that leaves you frustrated you can be assured that if you communicate with the leadership of this company they will work with you to make it right. That’s actually more important to me than a perfect experience because let’s face it, stuff just happens sometimes. We can’t control everything, only the way we handle things. I can honestly say this company handles its business very well, and truly cares about their clients. I can also say that my home has NEVER been more comfortable thanks to James’ recommendations and the hard work of the team. I’m very grateful to have them available for any heating and air conditioning services I might need in the future.

Robert and Oscar were very professional. They got to our house super fast and had us back up in running in no time. I appreciate how they took the time to show me what was wrong with our heater, and helpful tips to look for in the future. I Can't say enough good things about their level of service. Had to call three places today to find someone to fix my furnace. So glad I found Paul’s! They were able to come out the same day, and even were able to show up early! In and out quick. Easy replacement part purchased quickly. And no gouging in prices. Less than $300, and finished in less than two hours. Couldn’t be happier! Especially since my house was 58° when I woke up this morning! Thanks for a job well done.

Paul's Heating installers were terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The result was a new, wonderful furnace that works perfectly. We chose the right company to do the job, from the super salesman to the wonderful office personel!

Great service. They do the work on the heating/AC at our apartment complex, and they are always so friendly. They fixed our AC and our heat as well with little fuss. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs the services they provide!!

We have used Paul’s Plumbing and Heating for years. The customer Service we get is always amazing. Thomas is the best and both he and James never fail to take great care of us. The owner Michael really cares about their customers and their reputation so we always get great follow up as well. We just had a very serious issue with our ducting and could not use our heater. With the weather turning colder and colder, this was a big deal! Thomas was here within two business days and everything was fixed in one day! Just in time for the big chill too! Once again, they thrilled us with their customer service!

Paul's was incredibly professional and in and out with the fixes needed! They were also great communicating leading up to my appointment to make sure I knew when they were on the way over. Highly recommend!

Well they can count how many returns are in a small office. With rooms and Temperatures reaching 95+ and not fixing the issues when they are Brand New AC units. I question whether the issue isn't being fixed because they don't want to fix it or because they don't know how. Or if they are bringing personal issues that they have with someone or some people to the work environment and will fix it when they feel like it. I'm not going to mention the place because I don't want the issue to not get fixed.

Had the pleasure of watching them stand in the parking lot talking and laughing that day.. I think they moved 3 or 4 Ceiling tiles.

Something very familiar about all of this and I'm leaning towards them punishing people. Let's hope they don't bring a David, or Art to resolve the issue.

These guys are amazing!!!! Not only are they fair in pricing, timely and do excellent work but they go the extra mile. How sweet that they brought my garbage can back up after WM pick up. Five stars!!!!! I’m so pleased!

Honest, professional technicians. This was the second opinion that we got, and Paul’s saved us almost $20,000. The company prior said that we had to replace our entire system, however, Paul’s came out and they were able to identify a leak replace the part and add some Freon. I highly recommend and would not trust anybody else to service your furnace and or AC.

Excellent service from Brennan and Nathan for the installation of both units today. Kept us informed at all times, answered all questions in detail with suggestions and recommendations. Left the areas absolutely clean. Very professional and efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I had them out to disconnect my ac condenser for landscape equipment, access, and reconnect after the job was done, Brennan, and his second… Sorry I don’t know his name came out both times on time and did a great job… Very polite and professional….i had an hvac Company for 30 years and have recently retired..
