Ian was Sierra Air’s representative providing the maintenance service. This is the first time he was at our home. Wow! He was fantastic - thorough in checking out everything, communicating his findings, and completing his service in a timely and professional manner. So pleased with his service. Great job!

My hot water heater service job was handled very professionally by Gage. I needed a part but Gage ordered it and stayed with the install until completion. It’s so great to work with such a customer-oriented company! And it’s great to have hot water again!

Our furnace had stopped working, there was an obvious bad component which I might have replaced myself. Good thing I didn’t. During the very thorough inspection , Craig and Eugene found that the heat exchanger had metal fatigue and cracks. The danger of possible carbon monoxide leaking into the system could not be ignored. They also found that the cooling coils showed signs of freeze up. Upon further discussion we found that the wrong filter had been used for some time and following incorrect suggestions about closing registers could have stress the system overall. Since the system was over 20 years old we decide to replace the complete A/C unit.

Craig was able to provide quotes for two different levels of units. He carefully explained the differences and the advances of each unit. We did research on line and with friends and recent customers. When we contacted Craig with our decision about which unit we decided on, the installation was scheduled for the next day.

We received a call 15 minutes before the arrival of the installation team. Tyler and Bryan explained the replacement process and got to work . They were professional, courteous, and patient with our questions. When the installation was completed they patiently explained how to replace the filter, no more climbing to the top of a tall ladder. They also carefully explained the new thermostat and provided the instruction manuals as well. They also encouraged us to call if we had any questions about the system.

They then carefully cleaned the garage floor and driveway checking twice for dropped screws or pieces of metal. All old parts and trash were boxed up and removed. The installation was completed in one long day.
We were very impressed with Tyler and Ryan and their work process.

We highly recommend Sierra Air based on our experience with their inspection team and especially Tyler and Bryan.

It was a two-day job. The men arrived promptly, and they took few breaks during the days. They took precautions to cover the tile floor as well as the stairs, which were carpeted.
They were friendly, courteous and willingly answered our questions. In general terms,
they explained what they were doing.
We are fully satisfied with their work, and we highly recommend the team.

Our heating was on its way out and Sierra air came out and fixed it within the week. They got the job mostly done in 1 day. They have some issues with the digital thermostat and ended up having to switch out the system to a different thermostat the next morning. Mario and his apprentices were very knowledgable and friendly!

We had an issue with our heater not going up in temperature, so Logan and Matt came out to see what was going on with it. They were very professional and knowledgeable, taking pictures and then giving me quotes on new heater units that are available. Veey easy to talk to and as I said giving options. I only had to pay their service fee to come out.

Michael from Sierra Air was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire service visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Sierra Air and Michael!

Jeremy did an excellent job handling a heating issue at my rental property. He fixed the problem quickly, provided great customer service (my tenant even mentioned how helpful he was), and took extra time to help me review replacement options with different price ranges and financing. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Josh Green is a wonderful example of great customer service. I have worked with Sierra Air before, and he, like all my Sierra Air contacts, is exemplary. He thoroughly examined and documented pertinent information, and demonstrated care and understanding of my situation. He explained and answered questions thoughtfully while also giving cost/benefit info re various options. While I may not use Sierra Air just now, I have used them before and no doubt will call on them again. It is customer service from wonderful assets like Josh Green that keeps me coming back. Thank you!

Mike came out promptly the morning after our furnace showed signs of delayed ignition. He fully tested the unit and showed me in real time, live camera views of the cracked heat exchanger. Very personable and showed genuine interest in advising me of options beside immediate replacement, though we both ultimately decided that the replacement was the appropriate direction to go. No pressure - just his honest opinions and interest in the best course of action for our situation.

Mr Cage was excellent. Very knowledgeable; worked very hard; and told us about Sierra Air’s plumbing services as we want to put in some new sink fixtures in several bathrooms.

Devon with Sierra Air was terrific. If I could give him more stars I would. He came to our home for a plumbing inspection. Communication regarding arrival time was much appreciated. He was professional and knowledgeable. Took many pictures and made recommendations. Would not hesitate to return to Sierra Air with plumbing problems.

Austin is an awesome technician. He took his time on our old furnace and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained in detail and at our level some of the issues with our furnace. He gave us some options we can consider to improve our home heating and efficiency. We highly recommend Sierra Air.

The very nice young man unclogged my toilet. He was here for 20 minutes. I felt the $225 range would have been more fair than
$340. I did wait 2 days for the appointment, didn't need emergent service. Maybe I'm just living in the past.

Jeremy was amazing in helping us pick out our new HVAC system and what would be best for us. He was knowledgeable amd friendly. The process has been amazing and much quicker than we expected!

Update 11/7/25 - Our team just finished installing our new heater, AC, and water heater. We are beyond impressed with our install team! They were nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everything was done in a timely manner and works amazingly!!

Logan was wonderful, so thorough with his work. When he was done he went over everything with us and showed us pictures of everything he did. He was very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone needing their
HVAC cleaned and serviced for the winter! I’m hoping we are able to get him again when it’s time for the AC to be serviced.

Our furnace stopped working, we called Sierra air, and they were out by midday! Dwayne was great! Very knowledgeable and got our furnace working quickly. He was also honest and fair as it turned out to be an easy fix and didn’t require any parts.

Austin came earlier than originally quoted, but let us know ahead of time. He as very courteous and professional. He also pointed out we have one vent that was never hooked up. He solved the mystery of why our master bathroom always runs cold.

Sierra Air has been a great HVAC company to work with. This installation a year ago went smoothly and the annual checkup was completed with no problem. The technicians are professional and courteous. I very highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Humidifier fan on hvac system not working. Technician was not certain, but felt pretty sure control board was faulty. He then left , indicating he would place order for part. I later received a text that part was no longer available from their supplier. No suggestions or plan "B" was offered, and no options were presented. I took it upon myself to research a source for the part. Found five sources for this part, all were original factory parts, all at varying prices from $120 to $275 and all were in stock. Texted Cerelio but never heard anything back except he could not get part. I guess Sierra considered that a solution. I will order part myself and move on to a company that consider finding solutions, communicating with customer and completing a job a priority to good business. I did cancel service contract i had signed while they were here.....they proved their worthiness for future work.
