We had an amazing opportunity with this company. Grant was our technician. He explained everything clearly and was very respectful with us. He wore booties when he got into the house on his shoes. He answered all of our questions clearly and was very transparent with the information surrounding the financing program. He went down quotes, to see which one that help best fit our family and future lifestyle. We're really pleased with his work and would definitely request for him again. For any future projects. Duane came and inspected my HVAC system. He was willing to fully explain what he had done and the condition of the system. I found him very knowledgeable and easy work with.

Nathan arrived on time. He called in advance, so we were prepared.
He was extremely well mannered and worked quickly and efficiently. A great representative for the company.

Informative fast on time and clean they were able to adjust there methods to install the heating unit as the hole in the ceiling was too small the clearance was minimal and the angles sharp the system is very quiet air flow is fantastic heats up downstairs very quickly. Just what we needed. Expensive yes old unit was 25 years old so overall it's a good investment I give the experience a 10

Just had an A/C tune-up from Justin with Legacy and he not only did a great job on that, but especially on evaluating my system, according to system specs to tell me specifically what was at or nearing the end of its functional life. He was incredibly thorough and willing to answer any and all of my questions about repair vs. replacement. Really impressed with his low-key style instead of the usual fast-pitch sales type guys. I’ll definitely consider this company when I replace the system!

Nathan was professional, patient & kind. Went beyond to help resolve my issue today. His evaluation seemed thorough & he helped strategize a plan regarding my emergency situation. Also took the time to explain the repair needs in detail & answer my questions. 5 stars

I have dealt with a variety of HVAC companies during the near 50 years of working on homes, but Zachary Henkel and the company he represents, Legacy, is absolutely stellar. From the first call to make an appointment, to keeping me posted as to who the tech will be via text and PC, his explanations re the heating system, maintenance suggestions and the repair options available, were all of high-end quality. An absolute pleasure, and Mr. Henkel deserves immense kudos on how he represented the company, as well as his high level of competence. Legacy is good to go in my book!

Grant was straightforward and honest. He provided an excellent assessment and we came to an agreement on which way to go. We have an old, gas fueled, wood burning stove. Not sure how much life is left but Grant got it working for now. Well done!!!!

Nick (Country) was extremely thorough with addressing my questions that went above my original request of quotation. Looked at existing ductwork in crawlspace and formulated a resolution to why I thought a duct cleaning may not be the solution, rather correctly ducting with proper connections to associated rooms to increase air flow. Showed me current set up under house, and why it wasn't efficient. Thank you Nick.

Grant was the initial Tech contact. He explained the furnace and A/C replacement process thoroughly and answered all our questions. He took our order and informed us that the installation could be completed two days later. We thought it would take at least a week or two. Highly pleased with the quick turnaround. The installation crew(Robert, Jose and Miguel) showed up by 8:00 AM and installed the complete system. Tested the furnace, cleaned up and had the job completed by noontime. Fast and efficient.

Thank you for coming out to fix my heater during this cold weather. Nick was very nice he explained everything that he was going to do and showed me pictures of what it looked like before he fixed it and after. He is very professional. He definitely knows what he is doing and didn’t take too long to fix it.

Nathan was a great service tech. There were some challenges during the service, but he handled it perfectly and had my furnace fully functional after getting new parts installed. A lot can be said about a company that supports their staff and clients. Legacy met that challenge.

Thanks to Robert and Jose who completed the replacement and installation for the heater and AC nicely, they came on time and left the areas where are better than what they were before. No trash left behind and even examed if there is any small sharp object around the ground near where my car is. They are friendly, detailed and professional. 🙏

Robert and his team were great. Jose and Miguel were there. Very professional and, most importantly, they did a great job. I don't think this was an easy install, but Robert managed an impressively clean solution. Absolutely recommend.

Nick did a thorough job servicing my HVAC, and spotted some issues with my plumbing. Not an upsell, but a genuine issue we’ll have to address soon. I appreciate he has an eye for such things and I feel well-served by him. I look forward to working with Nick in the future and will recommend him, and Legacy/Hoffman Plumbing, to my friends.

Always polite on the phone and act like they actually appreciate giving them our business. Love the reminders about their arrival times so you can do other things besides wonder when they are showing up. We have had Grant twice as he lives in the vicinity and he is always pleasant and professional, answering all our questions and going over all possible options so we can make the best decision for us. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent service.

The service technician was very professional and totally understood our system and was able to make the repairs. I definitely would recommend Sierra air to friends and will have them come back for any future work.

Eugene was great. He spent a good deal of time understanding the problem and applying a temporary fix. He found a duct had separated and repaired. I think that was done earlier and will go under the house to see in a couple of weeks. My wife was very appreciative of his attention to detail and how he handled the problems.

We had our kitchen sink and faucet redone. They took out the old and put in the new. And best thing is they did it same day I called!!! OMG. Alex was a professional and honest about the length of job, what was needed and gave us hi opinion on what sink to get. I was very impressed with the service and makes me want to call them first next time. We love our new sink and faucet!

Ian called about 5 minutes before his expected arrival. Our appointment was scheduled for the 2 - 4 window. He arrived shortly after 2. He completed the inspection, replaced our filter and said everything looked good. Our furnace was replaced a little over three years ago so that was great to hear.

Ian was professional, courteous and friendly.

Craig and Noah are the MOST professional folks I have met from any HVAC company. They are the GOLD STANDARD of what professionalism looks like, and I truly hope Sierra Air models their other employees from the way Craig and Noah manage projects and customer interaction. I highly recommend Sierra Air to anyone looking for upgrade their HVAC system.
