I called hoping to repair my home heating unit. The gentleman that responded to look over my existing unit, confirmed my suspicion as to the problem, and found other issues that could become bigger problems. So I asked for options and he provided them. He was professional and knowledgeable. I respect that and I chose a complete new unit. Next day was installation day, and 2 new guys showed up. Both were professional and knowledgeable again. Answered any question I could think of to ask, and also answered a few questions I didn't think to ask. During the installation they never seemed to not know what they were doing. Nothing had to be done twice, because everything went into place the first try. And when they were all done, there was nothing for me to clean up. I am very happy with my new home heating unit.

We called Sierra for an after hours urgent repair. Louis was professional, prompt, and respectful. He notified us when he was on his way, gave an accurate ETA, and followed up after the service to explain his work and the charges. He gave us helpful advice on how to avoid repairs and costs in the future. We will call for Louis to help us in the future and recommend him for your next service.

First off, as someone who runs a service business myself let me say I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with Sierra Air.

Communication was excellent. I received text reminder from the office with a picture of the technician with his name when he was on his way, the technician called when he was 20 minutes out, showed up as expected, vehicle was clean and presentable.

The technician introduced himself, put shoe covers on prior to entering my home and went to work.

After diagnosing my furnace the technician explained the issues to me in understandable terms allowing me to make a educated decision to replace my furnace.

Donny, the design consultant came the same day to help me choose the right system, crawled under the house and inspected the ductwork, did the necessary calculations to determine the proper size furnace for the square footage of my home.

From the first phone cal, everyone I dealt with delivered a excellent customer service experience.

AC we're so professional, Clean truck, on Time, and best of all knew
exactly how fix our equipment. They even did an upgrade on our older
units. since we have 5 AC units on property. Which really made them run

Tech Edson cleaned our water heater fast enough until a broken part was discovered. He’s a young polite man but showed professionalism of an expert. Special kudos to Josh who was extremely helpful and very professional during and each and every phone conversation!

I couldn't be happier with Paul's. Zane showed up right on time and was able to fix our broken heater in less than an hour. My tenants are a young family with two young kids and they were out of heat for the day, so it was really important to get them up in working again quickly. Thanks!

Our AC broke while we were out of town and when we got home it was 90 degrees in our house. We called three companies to get quotes on a new AC. Paul’s was by far the least expensive for the exact same unit the others quotes us for and they were able to install within in 2 days. The gentlemen that came to the house were friendly, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend Paul’s for any of your heating or AC needs.

Paul’s wasn’t the cheapest bid we got for the new hvac system, but I felt they would do a good job with the install. I am extremely happy with the quality of workmanship, and how well the new system performs. Would definitely recommend their service!!

I called Pauls Plumbing to do a start up on our commercial rooftop swamp cooler. Their initial job was inferior, writing up that the belts needed replacing. So I called up asking why they didnt replace the belts if indeed they needed it? Paul's sent the two gentleman back, but arrived with a attitude. Needless to say, the belts were replaced and Pauls was kind enough to not charge us. Monday, July 22nd, the belts were found to be destroyed and the cooler was not running. I called Pauls to come and take a look at it, but they never called me back. I called Sierra Air and they came out the same day and found the belts destroyed! They replaced them and now we are back in business.

I called for repair work on an aging hot water heater and the next day the company president came out during his lunch hour to get me up and running. I rank the service top notch. Additionally, the quality of work was outstanding. I have used Paul’s in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Furnace went out, not a good thing these cold nights. Paul's was able to send out a tech within an hour and Chris was at our door in no time. Chris was professional and efficient. He went right to work, figured out what was wrong within a couple minutes, showed us where it was cracked, got a replacement part from his vehicle, then replaced it. He was in and out in less than half an hour. We were quite impressed.

Highly recommend Paul's if you have any issues with your plumbing, heating and/or air conditioning.

Replaced our motor to the a/c. James came out to see what was wrong and figured out it was the motor. He made a few calls and within the hour got a new motor and Installed it.He did a great job and was very fast. Thank you for such a great service!

The staff was very professional, friendly & helpful. The field team were on time for their appointments. Kept in touch with their ETA's. Shopped around & they're quote came in the lowest. We were in a bind late last year to convert gas connection to propane so we could get our CofO approved & Paul's Heating & Air came thru for us. I don't usually do reviews or surveys but I would recommend Paul's Heating & Air to anyone.

Pauls technicians correctly diagnosed our natural gas heater problem for $159 which was applied to the final cost of $908 to replace a faulty gas valve that had to be ordered from Las Vegas. It came in a couple of days.
They came at their scheduled appointment
times and I was texted when they were on the way. I was texted a number to call if at anytime I had a question.
The men were friendly and efficient. Edson replaced the part needed and tested the system and showed us the properly working flame
Pauls was recommended to us by Michael of De Hart Heating who was not licensed to do the repair work on my mobile home heater after diagnosing the problem. DeHart Heating didn’t charge the $89 diagnostic fee since they weren’t licensed to repair it.
I had originally made an appointment with Lincoln Heating but I cancelled when De Hart and then Pauls were able to come more than a week earlier.

Absolutely the best. Needed emergency service on a Sunday and my current provider who I have a contract with said sorry tough it out. Adding to that they also said “we will try to fit you in tomorrow “ so much for a contract
Went on line and found Paul’s. I got an immediate call back, without question the most professional service and follow up. Their technician Robert took the time to explain possible issues. Fixed the problem and then rechecked everything again to make sure it was working

May 25, spring A C tune up time. Again excellent service. Was notified when to expect technician and who would be doing the service. As previously posted, if you need heating A C service Paul’s is your go to company

Tom and Trystin were amazing! They provided a fair price estimate. Arrived on time for the job and completed the work in a timely manner. Clean, professional, quality work with smiles and very friendly. I highly recommend Paul’s and would definitely use them again.

Great job!!! Done with the greatest integrity and professional knowledge. Unit was trouble shot, repaired and up and running in a very reasonable time. The cost was also a good thing, they were able to get an older part to fix a 20+ year old machine. And I got a veterans discount. Thanks again Zane.
