Beyond impressed with every aspect of service I've experienced with Paul's! Their customer service is outstanding. (I had opportunities to interact with multiple employees, both on the phone and at my house-due to an issue with the old system in my current property.) From the initial service call, estimate for new unit, installation, and follow up with the new system they installed they have exceeded my expectations. Robert (technician) was a particular stand out- extremely knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and willing to answer any questions. Definitely recommend this company.

Having to have a water heater change out is stressful but Paul’s Plumbing made it easy. Their office staff and technicians were super responsive and friendly from start to finish. They provided an estimate within the timeframe as promised. Because they had a cancellation they were able to replace my water heater the same day. Robert and Oscar were great! Thank you so much!!! I truly appreciate everything you did!!

Paul's has always been great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Brennan is amazing and has been servicing our AC/Furnace for years, which is the type of consistency you want to see when it comes to these types of repairs. He always gives us options and is very articulate in describing the problem, causes and solutions. We feel lucky to have found Brennan and this awesome company.

They sent two “technicians” for their convenience not mine. The work was all ground level work but they charged for two guys. They determined my mini split needed charging and they filled it up, they were there for:45 mins and charged $500. They didn’t stay long enough to check for leaks they just filled the unit and left, it wasn’t working two weeks later due to lows refrigerant, pretty obvious there is a leak. . Very unprofessional, wouldn't use again

I love Paul’s heating. I use them for my home and had the pleasure of using them for my business earlier this week. I called them with an emergency and they worked me into their schedule without charging me extra fees and were able to easily diagnose my problem and get it fixed the same day. I was able to run my business without missing a beat. The best part was… We now have heat!!

I've been a proud and satisfied customer since 2009. My husband and I were newlyweds and we had an ancient and troublesome broiler that was consistently maintained by Paul's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. James is fantastic and I've even sent him Christmas cards of our growing family! His friendliness, compassion, intelligence, professionalism and reliability really made an impact on us. Especially seeing him on recent commercials!! Looking great, James! Congratulations and thank you!!!

The staff is absolutely amazing. They did amazing work on my father's home. So friendly and understanding and kind. I will Recomend them to anyone.

Paul’s Heating and A/C has done excellent work for me and I highly recommend them! You get to talk to a real person (Reagan) when you call and she is friendly and helpful. On one of the (so far) hottest days of the year my A/C wasn’t working. Josh and Jimmy added me to the end of their already busy day at 5pm on a Friday. They came up with a solution that is keeping me cool until they return with a more permanent resolution in 2 weeks. Both are friendly and explain things clearly. Paul’s has also installed a furnace in my house. Thank you, everyone!!

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. First called them back of March 2022 to inspect my furnace due to an odor coming from my garage. They took a borescope and showed me the crack on the pipe where the leak was coming from. They sent me a quote for a replacement and figured I wouldn’t need it till winter, so I held off. January 2023 Shopped around with other HVAC companies and was a bit higher. Called Paul’s and they honored the original quote, also offer military discount and finance options. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had some electrical issues at my unit and was told someone could make it out between 9am and 1pm. No one showed up. I had to call the office for them to inform me that they told the landlord they would need to reschedule. The landlord was NOT informed of anything. Now I need to wait two more weeks for someone to come out and fix our issue. This is very unprofessional. You think they would inform the person that they scheduled the appointment with. HOPEFULLY, they will be able to make it out next time.

FANTASTIC!
I was told by another well-known Heating and Air Conditioning company in town that I absolutely needed to replace my furnace ASAP. The cost was around $7,500. I was referred to Paul's by a family member and one of the owners (James) actually showed up to inspect my furnace himself. I told him what the other company had said and showed him their report. Within 15 minutes he determined I did NOT need a new unit. He had his team schedule a technician to come repair the issues which cost $600. Paul's easily could have taken advantage and sold me the same story about replacing my furnace for 10x the cost. They did not. This company truly cares about providing the best service for their customers. Their honesty has gained them a customer for life. I highly recommend Paul's.

Great experience with Cool Breeze. The tech gave me options on my service. He gave his recommendations from and a less costly option. I choice the best option for length of life for the unit. He saved my units motor now I can get up to maybe 10 more years until I need a new one. So happy that I scheduled a yearly maintenance that saved my units motor from disaster. Thanks Cool Breeze!

I’ve had a great experience with Cool Breeze. I spoke to Ginger and she was amazing, very communicative and when I needed to reschedule a follow up appt for a possible refrigerant leak she was very accommodating. They sent out Anthony who was an absolute pro, he knows what he’s doing, took pictures to show what was going on and now my home is nice and cool during these hot summer months.
