The whole experience with that company was excellent! Starting from their customer service, down to the technicians. I had a problem with my AC system and Jacob and Kyle came at the scheduled time and fixed it perfectly! I will definitely use the company again if needed and I can’t recommend them enough to my neighbors.

Anthony was very professional. Did a thorough cleaning, and pointed out possible future problems to me. No hi-pressure sales pitch.

Justin came to do a heater maintenance. He was on time, very professional and courteous and gave me a complete report of his findings.

Kyle was very pleasant and courteous. System not fixed but will provide quote for a new motor.

I reached out to Cool Breeze for service on a commercial freezer, expecting... well,! service. Instead, I got added to something called "the list"—no date, no time, no window, just a vague promise that someone might show up someday.

Look, this is a commercial unit, not a lemonade stand. I don’t have time to sit around hoping the Cool Breeze repair squad descends from the clouds like commercial equipment Avengers.

When I asked when someone might come, Monica gave me the verbal equivalent of a shrug and a spin of the magic 8-ball.
My freezer isn’t auditioning for a role on Survivor: Appliance Edition. It’s full of actual inventory, and I need actual service.

Until then, I'm renaming them Casual Breeze Heating & Cooling. They do things cool… just not fast enough.

Update, interesting that the company replied not in the service area, it was Downtown Reno location; well within your service area of 5 miles. Nice back pedaling

Anthony called before he left Sparks to let me know he was on his way. He showed up in the prescribed appointment time and serviced my heating unit. He was very efficient and a nice person also!! Kudos to Anthony!!

Great company! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. From the office to technicians this company has it all! We are so happy they came out to tune up our system to keep lasting!

Cool Breeze was awesome . Ed and Max the two technicians that worked on my complete replacement of my HVAC system were amazing. The two of them worked together as a Team, one did the outside work and the other installed the heater in the attic. I apologize because I didn’t remember who did what,but the tech that put in the heater had to make the access hole bigger and tried to remove the least amount of the trim as possible. I told him make it easy on you and I will fix. Sierra Air was installing a new system next door (to be honest it was a bigger system) but it took them 3 days. Cool Breeze and Ed and Max did it in one.

I appreciate the open and honest contact with the owner Joe and his staff when there are issues. They are usually on time and will work with you on fixing the product. They take the time to listen and call to check back with you, which is a huge plus! Recommend them when needed!

Anthony will quote badly needed A/C condenser (on 2 homes here, 25-29 years old), will quote 1 water heater vs a Rheem tankless water heater for the Hayley Seckman house. NO free furnace filters were offered, truck was out of our filter sizes. Tony was a very knowledgeable and personable HVAC engineer, you better keep him around!

Had a great experience with the service technician. He walked me through the ups and downs with my system, he serviced the system, over all very pleased with the job. Looking forward to the estimate to replace the system it’s from 1985, so pretty old. Any way they better come back with a great deal… otherwise I’ll post about it!!! Joking-

Anthony was very professional and thorough. He performed the annual review of our heating system. He provided pictures and a detailed report with potential issues, and items that need to be attended to immediately. He provided cost estimates for each item and reviewed them with me.

Kyle was friendly, professional, and explained in detail what he recommended on parts to replace on my 23 year heater. I am completely satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Kyle!

Justin was fantastic. Very friendly and professional! Explained everything I needed to know, didn't try to b.s. at all. Took photos of everything so I could see exactly what he was talking about. Not only that, Cool Breeze had Justin to my house the same day and he stayed as long as I needed him to to go over all the problems and potential problems

Technician was very knowledgeable, had serviced the unit a few weeks prior and did recommend replacement. control board went out and as an older unit advised me of cost for repair versus cost for replacement was very knowledgeable about the replacement options and that everything would fit properly

Kyle, the technician was total Pro and got us completely up and running and I couldn’t be happier with Cool Breeze’s service. If you need help with your heater or air conditioner, call these guys because they know exactly what they’re doing.

Showed up on time.. Took his time and was very through with the inspection. Cleaned, adjusted and put in a new filter.. explained to me what he saw and what maybe some issues down the road. Will be using these guys again... ;-)

The two service technicians, Ed and DJ called prior to coming out yesterday. They arrived in the timeframe. They said they would worked all day and returned today to finish the furnace and AC replacements. Both technicians were thorough very pleasant and I would wholeheartedly recommend cool breeze to anybody that asks
