Ross heating and air-conditioning never disappoints!!!!
It was time for the air-conditioning yearly service, technician Anthony took the time to explain what needed to be done to ensure continued use of the air conditioning unit. Discussed different types of repairs that were needed. We agreed upon a plan. During the repairs, Anthony showed me the process and answered all my questions.
He cleaned the unit with a special solution as the unit is aging. I am a member of their service plan, and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any services, repairs or even a new unit.

First time we have had Ross Heating and Air come check our system. We were really happy with our service! There was an honest assessment of our AC, no upselling and Travis, the tech, was very professional. He gave us practical advice for running our system more efficiently.
We will definitely be calling them in fall to service our heating system!!

I paid $109 for a diagnostic. They didn’t provide a diagnosis. They said they would send out a different technician to complete the diagnosis but nobody ever showed up and now they won’t return my phone calls.

I don't usually respond to surveys, but will in this case because Dustin did a terrific job, creatively solving a difficult problem with my furnace. Nice man too.

I first got to know Ross when I used them for a second opinion after another HVAC firm declared that I needed a complete system replacement. Ross tech Steven said that he would love to take my money but that there was nothing wrong with my system. I am now using Ross for my seasonal inspections and (legit) repairs. Today Sterling came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired my current problem. Ross’s service is great (thank you Leslie) and their costs are reasonable. (Thank you owner Damien)

First time I have used them. They came out on time, were very professional and properly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning compressor. They had the part on their truck, repaired it and charged a reasonable price. This will likely be my new HVAC company!

The technician arrived on time and was super nice. I showed him the furnace and he went to it. He let me know what was wrong and how much the replacement part cost. He repaired it in less than a half hour and everything works perfect.

Our technician, Frank, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He got our heater up and working very quickly and gave us some great advice for the future.

Dustin gave us a full report on our furnace and the overall condition of our attic which we really appreciated! Never had anyone give us that kind of detailed report! We are very happy customers 😀

I contacted Ross initially thru Yelp and a manager texted me right back to call in the morning. When I called the gal answering was very efficient and friendly and had a tech call me right back to set a time. Their tech Sterling called me a couple of times during the day to update his arrival time and got here when planned. Sterling was very knowledgeable and found the problem immediately and replaced the needed part I would highly recommend Ross.

I will never call a different company to fix anything except for Ross Heating. Frank was amazing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and it wasn't easy for this was an older furnance. Thanks so much Frank and Ross Heating. I finally have heat!

Ross Heating and Air Conditioning is the BEST in Northern Nevada. Not only do they have reasonable prices but their staff is awesome! They recently replaced my AC unit and Franklin, Rodrigo and Alan are extremely professional and very positive. As someone who owns a business driven by service, I would give them A+ rating in customer service and satisfaction. 👍 👏 👌

I have used Ross Heating and Air Conditioning twice each year to maintain our HVAC equipment at our home in Reno for several years. Over the years I have seen several technicians. Every one of them has been very professional in performing their services. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and they always very clearly explained any issues or concerns they had. I would highly recommend them, unlike other companies I have used at houses in other cities.

Ross was awesome in helping us convert from oil to gas as well as replacing our ac. Their professionalism from salesperson to installer to customer service was top notch! They helped us connect with NV Energy which was a struggle. They were helpful and friendly all the way through. Would highly recommend!

Overall, Ross Heating and Air did a good job doing maintenance on my oil furnace. It's running perfectly. However, I should have asked the price when I called to book the appointment (my bad), because they charged me $279 for just regular routine maintenance. My furnace has had regular yearly maintenance for 70 years and is in good condition and I've been told it's the cleanest oil furnace many have ever seen, so nothing special had to be done. The most I've ever paid for such service was $175 just last year (unfortunately, that person is no longer doing oil furnaces). So, I was charged $100 over the going rate. So,even though they did a good job and I liked Frank the technician, I will call around to find someone who charges a more reasonable price.

Ross replaced the entire furnace in my rental property for about $7k a few months ago and did a great job. Then today I had them come give me a quote on a mini split in my primary residence. Very nice and knowledgeable employees that I've dealt with so far. Frank really seems to know what he's doing and gives you all the options.
