Goettl has been amazing w/prices and top-notch work. The service technicians have been nothing but great. We had Mike H install a whole new water heater, pressure valve regulator, and new washer hoses. Initially, the visit was for a free full house plumbing check that comes free w/our membership, and we suspected our water heater was having issues so it was helpful to have Mike come out and check. He checked our water heater last, and, unfortunately, our suspicions were correct. Our water heater needed to be replaced b/c it was old. Mike explained to us the issues it was experiencing, and the too high pressure level our water was at. He made it clear the urgency needed in replacing the water heater and lowering the water pressure level, but he never made us feel pressured to make any decisions right then and there w/him, which we appreciated. However, we still decided in the moment to move forward w/Mike at Goettl b/c we had such a great experience w/Goettl HVAC during the summer, so we trusted him and his recommendations. Thankfully, Mike was able to tackle the biggest problem that same day and at that moment — the water pressure level. He made us feel like a priority and that our peace of mind, finances, and home mattered. We were able to get in just a couple of business days later for the whole water heater revamp. Day of water heater installation, Mike showed up on time, early, and completed the work in just a few hours. It was impressive. He left the work area clean, debris free, and his final work looks amazing. Mike was personable, professional, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about our home. 10/10 would recommend Mike H from Goettl. 10/10 would recommend Goettl in general — great company, knowledgeable service technicians, affordable prices, and amazing work.

Absolutely amazing. Wait time minimal, professional and service was fast in its entirety. Josh was fantastic, fixed our issue quickly and we had heat by the time he left. 100% recommend.

Appreciate the very detailed description of what was wrong and future recommendations for replacement and maintenance of heating system parts. This was complete with cell phone pictures and videos which helped a lot. Very personable and well spoken repair person. There are a couple of parts that I now have planned to replace by Goettl.

Mike h was the best I had a handyman out here that could not fix my problem. That was here for three hours Michael fix the problem in less than 15 minutes. Best service technician I’ve ever had very clean and very well spoken five stars all the way.

Geo was amazing! He came out same day when my water heater failed and got it replaced. He had so much energy and gave service with a smile!

We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. We contacted Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their service. Pablo, their technician, came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong and why the furnace would not stay running to give us heat. He made several trips to the house to continue to work on the furnace and solved the issue. Not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, the new one installed was faulty as well. Goetll Air Conditioning has been exceptionally great to work with. Their staff and dispatch members worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and call backs, even on the weekends. We are very happy we chose Goettl Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They treated us like family! Very appreciative of their expertise and workmanship,

We had our outside water spicket replaced because it was leaking and not fully working. Connor D. did a wonderful job, was professional, had a lot of good information and got the job done in a timely manner. Very pleased with him work. Thank you!

The technician, Geo, was knowledgeable, clearly explaining the compounding issues. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond not just on one occasion but was always helpful and willing to put in extra work. Communication was good and Geo and Ricky were easy to get ahold of. These guys went out of their way to take care of every issue. Very pleased with the service on a nasty job but was most impressed by the employees.

I had an incredibly positive experience using Goettl. I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of my AC failing. Jef was punctual, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed my unit efficiently, had all the parts on hand, and repaired everything quickly, which was so greatly appreciated with our house being stiffling in this heat. He was transparent with the cost of all parts and labor beforehand and didn't pressure me to use one option over the other. I will definitely get signed up with their maintenance membership and continue using their services for all my future needs. Thanks for the amazing service!

Well, I see a whole lot of 5 star reviews which are so important for this business. Our experience is thus far a 1 star one. We have had someone come out from Goettl to get a quote to us for duct cleaning, which they do offer in their website. Someone did come out, they did email us a quote out fairly quickly, since that time in late October We did sign their contract after requesting for about 2 weeks to have that forwarded to us via email, we have been trying to get in their schedule since signing their contract. We started all of this the 31st of October for this service. Noone has called us back regarding scheduling so far. I am canceling their contract as they are, so it seems, uninterested in our business.

Customer service stinks!

Our installer was on point with what our problem was with our hot water heater and had it fixed in no time. He was super nice and professional. I recommend using Goettl to all my family friends and all my customers. Thank you Goettl.

Connor dalluhn very professional and educated to the job just completed at my house. I highly recommend this young man and feel goettl heating air and plumbing should feel very blessed to have him as an employee underground water leak confirmed and fixed with no issues at all. Very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done what was done and finished view and explanation! Highly recommend this company

Davey was awesome. Polite, knowledgable and friendly and he helped us preserve the integrity of our system. Highly recommend Goettl. I also signed up for the 2 yr maintence plan which is a "no brainer" given the fact that it covers the cost of this visit AND 3 more visits per year... They know how to keep satisfied customer for sure!!

Chris was highly knowledgeable and confident in his diagnostic skills. He found the problem in just a few minutes. He went further with his diagnostics and found a crack in the dreaded manifold. We are now getting a new system put in and I will review that when it is done. The wife also mentioned that she was impressed with the thorough explanation that he provided about the problems with our current system.

I could not have asked for better service than I got from Conner at Goettl Plumbing. Although he is young, he was very respectful and polite as well as knowledgeable. He worked diligently to find my leak and fix a prior problem someone else neglected to address.

Mike was great providing an estimate and details about the install. He instilled great confidence. After work was done by another, he addressed a couple remaining concerns and I'm quite pleased with Mike's performance.

Daniel did very thorough furnace maintenance and discovered a crack in our heat exchanger. Not the best news but we are thankful to learn about this issue so it can be addressed. He provided a quote for repair and replacement and took a lot of time to help us understand our options. Thank you.

Davey came out to check furnace. It is over 60 years old and needs replacing. We discussed options. Very reasonable. Signed up for Sadie lan, which saved me money. Highly recommend Goettl. Very nice and helpful. Quick responses to inquiries and questions.

Woke up this morning and had no heat.
Call Goettl and was able to get us on the schedule due to a cancellation they had.
Jef Eusepi our tech was fantastic.
He explained everything and showed us pictures of what he was doing and fixing.
