Dillan arrived a day after I called and diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner right away. I needed a New compressor and I waited a couple of days for it to arrive. It was installed by Braden, who was very professional and had it up and running in no time. Thank you all for your quick and Courteous service!

I feel lucky to have Tru Comfort local and here to help when we need them most. End to end the best service I have received from any home services provider, they always answer the phone and always make it out day of. Braden has helped rebuild and optimize our system here, he is friendly, good with dogs, and reliable.

Not recomend at all, they never answer any calls, don't send quotes, not send any type of report after I paid the inspection. There is no attention to the client. I have been waiting for 1 month, calling every day and been in hold for hours. They say everythime "Will send it shortly" and it never happened. Carfeull if you plan to use their service! 1000% NOT recommended. What a waste of time and money!

Blake was very prompt, efficient, pleasant, and explained everything thoroughly while repairing our air conditioner on a 104 degree day!! We were so grateful that he made time for us two hours after we called in a panic mode when our air conditioner quit working. I would highly recommend this company for their great and honest service.

We had our first scheduled maintenance that was prepaid. I don’t know what winter maintenance is supposed to look like but it wasn’t touching our filters and saying everything looked good

Sean came to our home to service our furnace. He was nice and friendly. He completed the job in a good amount of time, let me know about a few things he noticed and left our house as clean as it was before he got there. Very happy with Sean and this company :)

True professionalism. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and when we contacted Tru Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning the next morning, they responded quickly and came to the house that same day to service the unit.

Air conditioner stopped working in the evening. Very responsive to my email! Came out in the morning and fixed it right away. Prices were reasonable and good workmanship!

I called Tru Comfort and Air Conditioning on Thursday morning at 11:30 am within an hour they sent out a technician named Braden. He was nice and polite and very knowledgeable, within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem got my unit up and running. He did inform me that he was not sure as to how long my unit would stay running because the windings on my inducer draft motor were going bad. My unit is a 2007 model, he gave me a fair estimate on replacing the motor. I must note that he did not try and pressure me into replacing it, unlike another company that I had come out and told me nothing could be done and that I had to replace the whole unit at a cost of 6500.00. Braden told me to go ahead and think about replacing the motor and just give them a call if I decided to and they would take care of it. I thought about for a half hour called them back, and within an hour Braden was back with a new motor and had it installed in 20 minutes. I am senior citizen and it was so nice dealing with an honest repair company for change. I would highly recommend Tru Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone wanting Fast, Reliable, and most of all HONEST service.

My husband & I just worked with Tru Comfort for the first time & have had a truly *wonderful* experience. You know that feeling when your A/C stops working... in the Nevada desert... in a heatwave... in the summer? The TC techs came immediately & were so kind & helpful & reassuring. We needed additional support the following day & they came back first thing. Ten stars. Highly, highly recommend.

Dillan and his crew are total pros and not just at HVAC but with their customer service. Incredibly nice and hard working. This is a great local company. I am sure that there are other others, but Tru Comfort is a quality outfit in every sense. Tough to beat.

One evening we discovered we had an unknown issue with our A/C unit, and, of course, the outside temperature at the time was above 100 degrees, with the inside temperature rising quickly. We contacted Tru Comfort and they sent a technician first thing in the morning the next day. The technician was on time as scheduled, presented himself as a professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and efficiently made the necessary repairs. We are completely satisfied with the results, and to an equal extent, extremely impressed with the prompt attention and professional appearance (clean uniform and pleasant personality). AC was acting up and they were able to cone out the same day I called. Very friendly and discussed my options. They were able to fix the problem the next day.and quickly. Also really bad great with communication. Super satisfied with my experience. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had Tru Comfort install a new hvac and have been extremely impressed with workmanship and cooperation. Furnace is in a closet in the middle of the home and wanted to insulate the closet for sound. They took the furnace out and I had enough time to do the work before installation. Another company wanted a charge for the break. They have a good team to work with. Thanks

Dillan and Braden from Tru Comfort Heating are great. 👍 Last winter when the temperature was down to 24 degrees, my heating system went wrong. I was able to get an emergency service arranged with True Comfort within a day, but it was at least 3-7 days of waiting with other companies in Reno. When the system needed another service, Tru Comfort again took care of the system as a part of the after care service at no charge. I felt they were very responsible and reliable company. This year, I bough their monthly maintenance service package for this year, and I feel super relaxed and comforted, knowing that True Comfort is taking good care of my HVAC system. Thank you team!!
