We were very pleased with B&B Heating and Air…we have an old house with a old ac unit..and it wasn’t an easy fix …but Randolph did quit until it was fixed…he and Aaron figured out how to fix our problem and worked on it until the ac worked…
I would highly recommend B&B for all my heating and air conditioning needs …they were prompt professional and got the tough job done for us.

We had them come out Nd give us an estimate for complete ac and furnace replacement they gave us an honest up front quote showed up on time and had it knocked out in a day! Very happy with this company

I can't say enough good things about Micheal and this company. It is very rare now a days to come across someone in this business with integrity. Micheal is a genuinely nice person who knows what he is doing. He spent the time in our home to find out what was wrong with our heater. It want an issue he could fix so he guided us on who to call and how to get it taken care of. I would recommend this business to everyone!

I had just bought a condo and I wanted the air conditioning checked and given routine maintenance. I scheduled a week ahead since I had to give a 48 hour notice to the HOA maintenance to have excess to the roof and I have told B & B the compressor is on the roof. The guy arrives about 10 minutes late and starts saying he will not work on the roof unit
without a safety tie off. So we proceed to the roof to ask the maintenance man if there is? The maintenance man is puzzled by the question as I was, the roof is flat and the unit is at least 20 feet from the ledge. So the guy refuses to do the job. Here I have lost a week, caused the HOA maintenance man to open the roof and I still don't know if the a/c is ok!
I chose this company on the reviews so here is mine. I don't recommend them! L

Our AC went out and B & B sent someone out immediately. He was professional, timely and did an excellent job. They always come through for me with affordable and excellent work. I am so grateful.

Mike is terrific to work with! He installed a complete new system in a remodel of a 1960's home - all new duct work, AC, heating etc. His work was done on time and works well, and he has been back to do the balancing and servicing. Recommend him personally and his company highly.

We requested a quote for a new system. The two HVAC techs arrived on time and were friendly and pleasant to interact with. The office staff was also very personable and informative.

The issue we have is that the quote they gave for our system replacement is very, very high. Two to three times higher than any other quote we received. It is not a complex installation and we have existing gas lines, etc. They said it was a higher bid because of duct work needing replacing. All the other HVAC professionals and energy appraisers have said the duct work was fine. There were a couple of spots that could be improved, but the rest is fine.
Even if the duct work did need replacing, this still would not warrant a price that is that high.
The quote is for a 16 SEER, 4 ton Rheem and a 80% efficient furnace in the attic and redoing some of the attic duct work. The bid was over $15,000.00.

We appreciate their thoroughness, but were truly disappointed in a quote that was just not affordable or reasonable. We were hoping to do business with them as the company's reputation for competent HVAC work is quite good.

THEY ARE THE THE BEST. I had multiple quotes from $7000.00 to $13,000. No one could fix my unit ,& said i had to replace it. Aaron came out & fixed my problem , & DIDN'T try to sell me a new unit .BEST OF ALL IT WAS A TOTAL $ amount of $ 172.00 , They are 5 ***** in every way : - ) Lee W .

Aaron and Connie were SO helpful. After getting a quote that was WAY beyond what we were prepared for given the nature of our problem - Aaron was able to provide updated quotes and a really simple option that saved us thousands of dollars to make our home more comfortable and made sure we knew how to trouble shoot any issues ourselves for the future! So grateful for honest, and knowledgeable local pros!

You can absolutely tell that Mike is an expert in his field, upon arriving at our to the house to give me a quote for replacing our system (something the other guys told me would need to happen). He was able to immediately diagnose a minor problem that could be solved by replacing an inexpensive part.

He didn't happen to have it on hand but went out and picked it up the same day and now our AC is back up and running. I can't thank you enough Mike! It's so much easier for my 2 month old son to sleep now (and us 😉).

I called B&B Heating for the replacement of a Forced Air Unit (heater) and Air Conditioner in my home. I spoke with Mike, he scheduled a day to come out to determine the scope of work and offered a bid. The bid was more than reasonable and he was able to schedule the job 3 days later. The guys arrived on time they appeared professional, conducted themselves with neatness and respect for me and my property. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Please, if you have heating or a/c work give B&B an opportunity to earn your business.

Aaron and Connie have been amazing to work with! They've been attentive, prompt, fair, honest, and an all-around pleasure to work with. I've been so pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

We used B&B Heating and Air for the first time on 10-12-2023 for our annual heating system checkup and we were very impressed.

As others have mentioned, the customer service is excellent. I left a message with my first call and Connie called back promptly. We scheduled a date for the service and Connie provided information about what exactly to expect. I didn’t need to ask any questions (and I’m a big question-asker!). She gave me an arrival time frame of one hour (not 2 – 4 like many other service companies), the name of the service provider (Randolph), the cost of the service, and proactively asked if either me or my husband were military, first responders, or seniors so she could provide a discount (my husband is retired military, so we enjoyed a 10% discount). I also gave her specific parking instructions as we live in an HOA with limited parking for visitors. At the end of the call, I asked to be put on a wait list in case another customer cancelled so we could get our heater serviced sooner. Lucky for me she called back the same day with an earlier option that we happily accepted.

Today, the day of service, Randolph arrived promptly, parked exactly as instructed, and started work right away. After he was finished, he used his hand vac to clean up the bits of insulation that had fallen from the access area to the attic. As he was removing his gear from our home, he said he’d be back in about 10 minutes with his writeup. As promised, he returned in 10 minutes and explained everything he had found and answered our questions clearly and in a way that my husband and I, as laymen, could easily understand. He did not try to upsell us and in fact explained all the options (only after we specifically asked) we’d likely need to consider in the next few years as our unit is getting a bit long in the tooth. It would have been very easy for him to urge us to get a new system now, but in his expert opinion, our system should be good for at least a few more years and our annual checks should show anything concerning that might develop before then.

If you need an HVAC company, we’d recommend B&B Heating and Air.

UPDATE Jan 2024: More kudos for B&B – after getting an estimate for a heater replacement from another company, we called them for an estimate as well. They sent a person out the same day who inspected the heater and said the estimate we received was fair. We were not charged for this visit, although it would have been appropriate and we would have happily paid. Once again we were impressed with the professionalism and response from B&B. The only reason we didn’t use them for the heater install was that the other company had a quicker turnaround time and it was very cold that week.

Another company came in to clean my furnace. They looked at it, charged me $50 and send me an estimate for $23K to replace it! I called B&B and they were great. They looked at my system and gave me a repair estimate of up to $600. They didn't charge me to look at it. In the end, my system was clean and they only charged me $130! I can't recommend them more. Honest, efficient and trustworthy.

Great company! Aaron took his time during our original quote to walk through and make sure to answer all our questions. Connie was responsive and very helpful getting us scheduled and taking our deposits. During install, Chad and Aaron went above and beyond, spending four (hot days) getting our mini split set up. Chad personally built custom metal pieces that make sure the defrost drains properly and that the overall aesthetic of the unit is clean. They thought of everything and ensured the install was done right and our system is up and running great. This company came highly recommended to us and they definitely lived up to that recommendation. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work, best HVAC crew in town!
