This is the second time using Gardner. Service Technician saved me a lot of money. Othe company wanted to sell me an $810. circuit board that did not need to be replaced. A few loose screws and the system works fine.

Gardner Engineering rocks. We had a commercial water heater that was leaking at our residence. As is always the case in these situations, this seems to happen when you least expect it. One phone call to their service techs and two guys arrived the next morning with a new unit and got it replaced with minimal downtime. Needless to say, we were most thankful and appreciative for the awesome turnaround and service!

We recently purchased a new home and, based on the inspection report, were told the HVAC system just needed an A/C recharge. When the technician came out, he discovered the AC unit had a flow issue and would likely freeze up once we started using it this summer. He also found that the furnace was basically a ticking time bomb and close to failing.

After discussing our options with James and Brennen, we decided to replace the entire system. Brennen and his team at Sparks Heating and Air were awesome. They were able to get us scheduled and installed within just a few days. I was surprised they could fit us into their busy schedule, but they made it happen. Peyton was a joy to work with while coordinating the permit scheduling — she made the entire process super easy.

The technician, Cesar, completed the installation in just one day. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing since I was interested in learning more about the installation process. When he finished, the entire job site — my home — was actually cleaner than when he arrived. He was professional from start to finish.
