Called Waters on a neighbors recommendation and must say I'm very happy with their service! John, Dillon,Matt and Mike were great! I highly recommend Waters!

Dillon and his co-worker were out today to locate the pump out lid and pump our septic today in Reno . They were awesome !!! They swiftly located the lid and pumped the septic tank . They were extremely professional and polite . Real pros at Waters !!!!
They deserve a raise !!!!!

Did service May 7th 2022 I called and checked because I knew we were close to our next service date which they confirmed nov 19! Spoke to Justin today nov 1st 2022, he confirmed that the 19th was a Saturday that they don’t work saturdays and are very busy very under staffed which is all of Reno, I understand that part but they scheduled us back in May they had 6 months to get a firm day! But very rude I asked to speak to a manager he doubled down saying he is the manager, he canceled the contract even hung up on me! Obviously once you are busy enough loyal customers don’t matter anymore!

From the first e mail to phone call to the guy showering up and doing the work this company was super professional and friendly. Thank you!

Waters Septic replaced our leach line and from start to finish took 2 days and about one hour the 3rd day.They worked hard and did a fantastic job putting the yard back together like they were never here.
I dealt with Justin, Mike, and Dan and very happy with their completed work.I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get their septic pumped or leach line replaced.

I would just like to give a big thank you to both Allyson and Andrew over at Waters vacuum truck services! Allyson was very professional and delivered excellent customer service over the phone. She quoted me both prices (very reasonable) so I knew worst case scenario, and she was prompt in her deiverance of receipt and communication with the overall cost. Andrew, did our septic pump was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and even took the time to give my 6-year-old kiddo attention! For such a dirty job, these guys have such an important job to do and we were so thankful they came to help us. Being in the real estate business, this is where my referrals will now go because I called three septic companies and this was the only one that I felt wanted my business because the other ones didn't even call me back 🤔 Great job Waters Vacuum! Thank you for your professionalism and eagerness to help! One thing to note that I wish I would have known is these guys can also supply your needs with risers and lid covers. I did not know this prior to them getting here and ordering everything I needed from online. It is definitely a bonus if you want to prepare your tank for less digging in the years to come 😉

Absolutely the best! In the past six months they have pumped septic, diagnosed leach field problems, added new leach field, and the professionalism of each and every employee has been beyond excellent. They have our yard looking like a landscaper has come in and prepared it for planting after tearing it totally up. They moved a couple decorative heavy rocks we couldn’t move and put them back and even saved a plant and replanted it. All we need to do is replant all the bulbs and iris we dug up before they came.

These guys do a great job. Dan who ran the project was smart, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

This company is an example of what a contractor should be. I was involved in selling a house in Reno and after a bad experience with a previous plumber Waters came to the rescue.

Their fees are reasonable, and their customer service is amazing.

This is the best company for solving septic issues. They resolved our issue in two days. Dan sent his crew out asap and Christian and his crew did all of the work in less than 2 hours. We highly recommend them!

They did their job correctly as expected. And when I asked for feedback on our septic system health they went out of the way to contact the serviceman who did the work and get his assessment. Followed up later with an answer. I really appreciate this extra step 🙏
