I was given their number by Sierra septic to unclog my drain after the septic service finished draining the tank, they tried very hard to unclog it. Absolute drainage came within 2hours and spent 1/2 hour and the clog was gone. They were very professional and I will use them in the future.

This man literally just saved my sanity!! After a year of our septic backing up, snaking it and even emptying it to no avail, he came and showed me exactly what the problem was AND how we could fix it ourselves instead of trying to take advantage of a desperate situation! It's been one thing after another in the short year that we've owned this house and I can't tell you how much I appreciate an honest and genuine person at this point.
Long story short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We would not use these guys again. Bobby fixed our problem but left other problems in his wake. He didn't close the door to the crawl space under the house which we didn't discover til a week later, he didn't put the drain-stopper back in the sink after he was finished, and he did a crappy job when he put the toilet back in place because now it leaks which leaves us with a pool of water around the toilet and we have to call someone else to fix that.

Fake Company, unprofessional, and ripoff of your money DO NOT USE. Called and made an appointment for 2 days later to unclog a sewer main for $225 (That is very high). On the day of the appointment no call no show. Called and said they will have someone out later in the day. No show again. Further calls were never answered.

I scheduled an appt with them last week and was told someone when call and confirm. When no one called to confirm on day of my appt, called and was told they would be here. They did not show up, the plumber called and told me they had other big jobs happening this week and he won't be able to come out this way. Sadly, he accepted the appt, then blew me off and couldnt be bothered to call and cancel. He was aware what the issue was and how far away I lived when he accepted the job and he accepted it anyway and then decided he didnt want to travel.

Can't speak for others, but they have cleared out our sewer drains multiple times & have been prompt in their responses. Highly recommend!

Water flooding my laundry room. Called a plumber who couldn't fix it and he told me to call Absolute Drain. Absolute came out within the hour. It was a very challenging repair, but they got it handled! Very impressed!

Called them out to run a camera into the he clean out since the other company we used had a broken camera. They showed up on schedule, very friendly and professional and had the right equipment to provide the right information and suggested a much more efficient course of action. Happy with the service, the experience and the price.

I called Absolute Drain Services a few months ago because all 3 of my toilets are not draining properly. He ran the snake down each toilet a few feet then quit. He was only over for about 10 minutes and charged me $90. He told me it was the blue cleaning solution from the tank that was clogging my toilets. I immediately took the blue tabs out of the toilets that day and the water cleared shortly after. I waited a few months to see if they would start flushing regularly again and they never did. I've called Absolute Drain Services 2 or 3 times to come and check out the lines for me and they have never shown up.

The sewer was backing up into the shower/tub and Mickey came out same day. He stuck to the VERY REASONABLE quote he gave me over the phone and he gave me some great advice for how to make this process (which will inevitably have to be done again thanks to some awful orangeburg pipes) easier. Mickey really showed a rare quality in his care for his customers, and I trust him, his recommendations and his company implicitly. Really grateful and a forever client.

Absolute Drain Service is fantastic. They are very honest and trustworthy. As a property manager, I have the opportunity to utilize our local vendors regularly. Once I found Absolute Drain, there was not a reason to call anyone else. Time and time again, they were able to locate and clear clogs that other companies could not. Due to my latest experience with this company, I would not call them again. We had a backed up sewer line on Saturday morning. I called and got Mickey first thing, having used them in the past. He said he was unable to come out today, but would call me back in the morning. Not hearing back from him by 9:45 on Sunday morning, I then called him again. He said that his kids do not get up before 10:00, but would call me back. I then received a text saying the he would arrive by 11:00. I had everything staged for him with the septic tank open and the drain in the laundry room opened. Mickey arrived about 11:15 with what I felt was a belligerent attitude. He brought out his machine, asking me if I had an extension cord, which i provided. He placed the auger in the drain line in the septic tank inlet and ran the auger into the line which did relieve the initial backup of water. I then asked him to come inside and help with the slow draining tub and wash machine in the laundry room. He very bluntly told me his was done as he put his machine back into his truck.. Suggested that I apply root killer on the remaining roots, and asked me how I was going to pay for his service. I asked him how much and he replied $300.00, which was somewhat of a shock to me as he only spent less than 20 minutes total. I wrote him a check and he left without as much as saying thank you only telling me that I should use some root killer and have him back in 6 to 9 months to repeat the cleaning. I then spent the next 2 to 3 hours using my hand snake clearing out the obstruction in the line from the laundry room and the bathtub. I simply felt that he was only interested in collecting his money. If I have further problems, I will call someone else.

I've used Absolute drain for years, and never had an issue. They come out and repair lines on all my properties, and are always helpful fitting us into their schedule. They know that having a business, you cannot have things down for long. I highly recommend Mickey and Ian to take care of your issues!

Mickey and his sons are great to work with. They are knowledgable and informative on how to best help fix sewer issues. I initially hired another company to clean out the main sewer line and they create more of an issue. Absolute Drain Services came out and fixed the problem while educating us on what the issue was and how to resolve it. They were fairly priced for their services and prompt to complete the job. I highly recommend using them for future sewer repairs.

Absolute did the sewer inspection on my new house, which went fine. They showed up on time, ran the camera through the two-way cleanout, charged me $225. It was relatively straight forward. During the inspection, they found roots in my sewer line, which they quoted me $550-650 to remove and treat with chemicals. That's when things went wrong... I called multiple times a day every day for a week and left voicemails. I even texted the phone number in their voicemail that says, "Text us here". Never got a call back, never got a text back, no response at all. I finally just had to go with another company (Roto Rooter) for cleaning out the roots, which only charged me $419. So, Absolute's negligence and poor customer service ended up saving me $100-200 when you really think about it. My recommendation would be, you can use them for quick simple things like inspections, but don't count on them to follow through with any other services.

We hit a major roadblock right before closing when unexpected septic issues came up. It could’ve derailed everything—but then Mickey stepped in.

He didn’t just treat it like a job. He cared deeply about the families involved and made it his mission to get it done. He worked with the county, the city, handled permits, and got an entirely new septic system installed—fast.

Because of Mickey and his team, the buyers were able to close on their very first home (which they love), and the sellers were able to move forward with their next chapter.

These guys are great. I called panicked about gurgling in my toilet and Micky took my name and address and assured me he would get someone out and within an hour I got a call from Matt, who was very nice professional he said he could come out in a few hours. He showed up and took care of the problem quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them whenever needed.

Don't ever use this company for your plumbing needs. They showed up at our house, ran a water hose down the drain attempting to force a clog out, but the hose wasn't long enough, and they couldn't fix the problem. In addition, they left our bathroom tub and shower a complete mess, leaving it to us to clean up. They were supposed to come back the next day with the proper equipment to finish the job, but ended up being a no-call no-show.

Very unprofessional. The technician who came out lacked the necessary experience. I would give a half-star if possible.

Had them out 3 times to clear a washer standpipe. They attempted to clear the roof vent but ultimately said they didn't know how to fix it. Somehow they ended up making it worse than before, as the tub now was backed off after their work. I asked about running a camera in there (advertised by them) and he didn't even want to talk about it.
