Not happy with George even though I have used him through warranty company for over 8 years. He doesn’t prioritize issues or customers and on a recall issue he reclassified to get a higher rate…not good business practice.

Plumber came out to fix a leak, only needed a bolt tightened, I paid $70.00 which is reasonable for the visit and time. He said if the leak came back I could call and the $70.00 would go towards the cost of the replacement parts and time. Very friendly and courteous. They were the only out 6 plumbers I called that were willing to give a rough estimate.

Outstanding Response and Service! Field Supervisor George answered my call for 2 backed up toilets. He was here within 30 minutes and done within 30 minutes. Professional, courteous and explained exactly what the issues were as I watched him do his work. I had called 2 other companies and could omly leave a voice mail message. George was here and gone before any other company returned my call. No need to shop around again next time. I highly recommend them. Mahalo!!!

My home warranty chose this company for a work order. The repair man stated to me that his was physically unable to go into my crawl space to fix what needed to be done because he had surgery. He said he was going to call my warranty company to send someone else out that what physically able, yet to find out he told my warranty company something completely different. He told my warranty that it was a pre-existing problem from before I got them. According to my home inspection, it wasn’t a problem. Very much a snake and took advantage to get his quick money.

I've used George and his crew a number of times and won't ever call anyone else. They simply are the best!! When other plumbers flaked out on me, I called Rooter Rite and they showed up, the first time, and fixed the problem. I call them first now for anything I need with plumbing.

I have needed their services more than once since moving into this older home a year ago and each time they have been prompt, efficient, friendly and honest. Last night my garbage disposal broke so I called and left a message to please call me in the morning. I received an evening text stating they could make it out this morning.
