Our water heater failed last Sunday morning, and when we put in a request for service on Yelp, Rich Jolly replied within 10 minutes, even though Jolly Rooter is closed on Sundays. He offered us several appointment times to come assess the issue, and was at our door an hour later at the chosen time - even though he wasn’t working that day and hadn’t actually intended to offer us a Sunday time slot, he honored it, which showed a ton of integrity. He got his lead technician, Chad, on the phone with us on the spot once he determined that the heater would need to be replaced along with some of the connecting plumbing that had not been professionally installed and wasn’t up to code - again, on Sunday - and got him scheduled to come do the installation at 8am the next day. Chad was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He got the new heater installed and up to code, fixed a couple other minor plumbing issues while he was there (a clogged sink, a stuck shower head adapter), and even after that came in under what we were quoted. We now feel confident our heater is installed correctly and will last us decades. Highly recommend these guys!

Rich is absolutely amazing! He is a very professional and honest business owner and is very knowledgeable for all your plumbing needs. I bought my home 2 years ago and needed a repair on my shower and my realtor highly recommended Rich. He came in the late evening and fixed my shower so I had a hot shower. He was very kind and on time and did a complete job making sure before he left that his work was completed and everything was nice and clean. This last week my hot water heater went out, garbage disposal quit working and my kitchen sink stopped up and would not drain. I immediately called him and he returned my phone call immediately and let me know he would come and get everything repaired and yesterday him and Ryan his awesome employee showed up on time and fixed my kitchen sink drain, installed a brand new garbage disposal and will be coming back today on a Saturday to install my brand new hot water heater. Everything complete and done so I do not have to worry which I'm extremely grateful for because in 18 days I go in for my 7th surgery and last surgery for my Breast cancer reconstruction and now I will be able get ready and to recover with no worries. A huge shout out to Richard Jolly at Jolly Rooter for his compassion, kindness and professionalism! You're an angel and I appreciate you and highly recommend you and Jolly rooter for all your plumbing needs. Rich truly does care for his customers and does a complete job thoroughly going through everything and ensuring that his customers get the best deal. Matthew and Cory were amazing, friendly, fast, and respectful. They came to my house two days in a row to replace two toilets and fix a busted hose under the kitchen sink. By far a great experience. Highly recommend 10/10 if I could.

I have a pretty tough kitchen sink not always the most fun to unclog. Living on a slab makes it difficult for plumbers. Jolly Rooter always has the nicest guys come out and fix my kitchen sink. Having terrible mom brain and can’t remember the two gentlemen’s names but they did a great job! Thank you guys!

Had a French drain leading out to my sidewalk that was clogged with dirt, debris and, oddly enough, a small frog. Made an appointment with Rich Jolly to clean it out. He showed up, on time and cleared the dirt, rescued the frog and got everything working correctly. Very efficient and courteous service. I will definitely use this company again.

Jolly rooter did a water heater replacement for me at a rental property in Reno. It was a nightmare of a location to get the old one out from. They coordinated with the tenant, were very reasonably priced, and I didn’t have to do a thing besides call them and order! Very easy to do business with and very clean work. Highly recommend!

Okay, I do not take the time to write reviews unless I am absolutely pissed off by the company, so take my review about Jolly Rooter and Rich to heart. What an amazing, honest, fantastic, honest, caring, and honest plumber!! He came over to my mothers house and fixed her kitchen sink AND her bathroom tub. She thought she was going to have snake her entire drain and Rich said, let me clean it out first and go from there. Well, he was right! He unclogged it, treated her drain with a prevention treatment and saved my mother a lot of money! Weeks later her kitchen sink and bathtub drain are still working marvelously! Words cannot express how amazing this company is - throw away your old plumbers number and call Jolly Rooter; you will NOT be sorry!! Thank you Rich!!

Xlnt customer service, and Xlnt plumbing! We experienced a water backup in 2 rooms, Jolly techs arrived next day, texted to let us know they were in route. Once here they quickly and thoroughly inspected the areas and performed total diagnostic tests. Ironically the line seemed to clear itself, I guess not that unusual. The Jolly team explained each step, showed us the camera testing, gave us tips on how to keep our system working. Manuel & Dominick were a pleasure to work with. Jolly will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Jolly Rooter Plumbing and Drain. Matthew was our plumber, and from start to finish the service was outstanding. They answered the phone right away, scheduled us promptly, and showed up on time. Matthew was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the issue as well as give us helpful tips to prevent it from happening again.

We had previously spoken with another company that recommended cutting out pipes and doing a much more extensive (and expensive) repair. Matthew was honest, straightforward, and fixed the problem without unnecessary upselling. The work was done quickly and correctly, and we couldn’t be happier.

We had some pretty severe issues with our Nivean hot water heater, and we had another plumber from a different company come out, over charge us, over sell us, and not fix the problem.
Chris quickly assessed the problem, went out and bought parts to fix the problem (same day), and he resolved the issue quickly and professionally!!

My old hot water heater that is in my garage, decided it was time to retire. I knew it was going to happen. So, before it retired, I did some research for a new hot water heater. And I learned about the tankless water heaters and decided that a tankless is what I wanted.
Jolly Rooter was recommended by a good family friend of ours. So, I called Jolly Rooter and spoke with the owner himself, Rich Jolly. He came out and recommended that if we are going to go with a tankless water heater then he suggested we get the Navien 240A2 Tankless hot water heater. The estimate he gave us was higher than what we estimated. So, he told us to go ahead and get other estimates and compare. So, we did and got one more estimate from another company selling us the same Navien 240A2 however, they were about $1,000 more. So, needless to say, we called Jolly Rooter back.

Upon arrival, they had everything they needed to remove my old water heater and install the new tankless water heater. It was definitely a whole day job. They seemed to know what they were doing and explained everything to me, had some laughs, and wouldn’t you know it, the job was done.

Now, with tankless water heaters, and he explained this to me, you will not get “instant hot water”. You will still have to wait for the hot water to run through your pipes to the point of use in the house. However, the main selling point of the tankless water heaters, is that you now get ENDLESS hot water without the worry of running out of hot water while you’re taking your 4hr long shower. Which is awesome. Now, mind you, now that you have endless hot water, you still have to mind your water usage or before you know it, your water bill comes in the mail and it’s $500. All in all, I am very happy with Jolly Rooter and the service they provided me when it was time to say farewell to old faithful and hello to endless hot water. And since he did such an amazing job, I will be calling him to do more plumbing. Good service makes customers for life.

Chris came over to install my Aquasure soft water system, covering just the labor. He dedicated the whole day to carefully removing my old Culligan system and re-plumbing everything to fit the new setup.

He did an excellent job, and I really appreciated his effort, especially since it took him the entire day. I felt a bit sorry for him because it took longer than expected, but he was very understanding, saying sometimes things don't go as planned.

I'm also excited to have him return soon to install my new Moen Flo system. I truly feel confident in Jolly Plumbing and appreciate their great service.

Chris came out for an emergency call and couldn’t have been better!! He took the time to explain what was needed, help me research how to get it, helped me speak to the company for the parts on the phone and will be coming back soon to make a permanent fix - but today I’m back in business! And when I first called and got the owner - he couldn’t have been better at understanding my problem, helping me over the phone to turn off the water and sent out Chris within a few hours. If you need any plumbing work - I highly recommend Jolly Rooter and their team!

AJ was prompt, efficient, and offered sound/knowledgeable advice on future home plumbing projects planned. He's very personable, and decently honored the original quote given for the garbage disposal repair service. I will likely call again, and will refer friends/family for their plumbing issues.
