I plan to use his plumbing services in the years to come for all my rental properties and my personal residence.

I happened to notice I had a hot water tank leak.
I called Jolly Rooter and Rich was at my house an hour later.
He replaced my water heater , took away my old one and I was very happy with his service.
I will use his service for all my plumbing needs in the future.

When I put out a request for service, Rich was the first to respond. We made an appointment & he kept communicating with me to reassure me that he was able to make it at the time we scheduled. He was professional, prompt and personable. I had several leak issues with my kitchen sink and he fixed the one I'd already identified & found the 2nd leak (broken disposal) and replaced it right then. Price was resonable & he was friendly & clear about what he had to fix. As a female, I especially appreciated that he was not the typical condescending male plumber. Thanks Rich! I'll use you again & am very happy to recommend you to my friends.

I found them on Yelp and they responded immediately and answered my questions. Other companies on Yelp sent me automated responses to their website or a phone number to call. I appreciate that they answered my questions and I communicated with them quickly and they were able to fit me in on the same day. They helped guide me in determining my options for my particular circumstances. They followed up and I am very happy with the service they provided, the quick response and the way they do business. I highly recommend you call them if you have plumbing issues and you like personal service.

Rich provides great service and has taken care of a few issues for us. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was booked out a few weeks so he called someone else to take care of it for us. Professional, responsive and would recommend.

Called for a semi-emergency with our sewer pipe... toliets weren't draining and the tub was backing up (gross)! The owner, Rich, answered and said they had a little time to swing by and assess the problem. Rich and his apprentice Adam came within an hour. They quickly assessed the issue and went straight to work to fix it! From the time I called to job completion was approx 2 hours!!!! They absolutely went above and beyond for me and I am beyond thankful. Both Adam and Rich were kind, respectful, and walked me through everything they were doing. VERY reasonable price wise and didn't over charge or try to up sell. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any future plumbing needs! Don't look anywhere else! As a former builder/developer, I would highly recommend Jolly Rooter. Rich and his assistant Ryan are very knowledgable and personable. They installed a tankless water heater and did a professional job at a very reasonable price. Rich was extremely conscientious and answered any and all concerns I had prior to and throughout the job. Hands down one of the best contractors I have worked with.

Oh my where to begin, a few days ago my water heater decided that it would like to permanently stop working and bust. I didn't know what to do because I am not trained in plumbing I leave that to the professionals like the owner of Jolly Rooter. He came out to my house immediately and before I could even realize it he had a new one installed for me and I'm now enjoying hot showers again. Lol
I contacted many different plumbing companies and this one was the only one that did not want to price gouge me. The price was very responsible for the amount of work that he did. I can honestly say that I highly recommend you using Jolly Rooter for all your plumbing needs they are fast, affordable, and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

After trying 3 other plumbing companies without success (one had no idea what they were talking about, one couldn't schedule for several weeks, and one was a no-show), we found Jolly Rooter. What a stroke of luck that was for us! Rich responded to our request right away, and completed two jobs (replacing the pressure-reducing valve and water heater) within days. He and his co-worker were professional, courteous, and--most importantly--extremely knowledgeable. When they ran into our house-specific obstacles (because let's fact it, every place is different), they kept us informed and provided different avenues for us to choose from. An absolute pleasure to work with. We came home from a vacation to find our water heater leaking. The water heater was not installed with a pan under it (which we found out is against code), so it was leaking onto a sheetrock platform which was getting mushy from all the water. I found Jolly Rooter here on Yelp, and called to get a quote since I was worried the water heater would fall through the platform. Rich was able to come out that day, remove the water heater, and install a new one the next day (now with a pan). He was professional, friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, and now I have a better quality water heater than I had before. I will absolutely be using Jolly Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future. If you have any plumbing needs, you should give him a call.

Rich scheduled me for the very next Saturday and fixed my faucet problem the same day. He called before my scheduled appointment and was able to come early. They were knowledgeable and polite and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were nice to my pets and were mindful of the door when coming and going to be sure they were kept inside. Highly recommend.

We had a sudden leak happen in our master shower drain that is on our second floor, over our entry way. Rich and his team came out, looked it over, gave us a quote and were so knowledgeable, that when they went to fix it, got it fixed in half the time they quoted!

Jolly Rooter has handled a number of different plumbing needs for me and has relieved a lot of the headache that comes with plumbing issues. The response time shown by Rich and the Jolly Rooter staff is immediate and they schedule you right away.

Jolly Rooter is licensed and bonded, and follows all code. You do not have to worry about the work being done correctly, like you do with some of the other operations in town.

I had some weird stuff happening with my kitchen faucet that I couldn't figure out on my own. I called Jolly Rooter to see what they could do. They scheduled me a couple days out, then called me a few hours later to say they'd had an opening and could come out that day if I was available. They came out, told me what was wrong (I needed a new faucet) and said they'd come out when originally scheduled to install a new faucet if I went out and chose one.

Owner Rich Jolly and his apprentice Adam arrived early to do the job. They were friendly and professional and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the equipment was installed the right way. My kitchen counter had an extra hole that they offered to install a soap dispenser into for free. It didn't end up working out due to a structural issue under the sink, but I really appreciated the attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job correctly and completely. They plugged the hole to make it look as good as possible.

A great experience overall and I'll be calling them back to do some work in my bathroom before too long.

I had clogged my garbage disposal by putting flower stems in it. When it clogged up today, I found Jolly Rooter with its great reviews. Rich Jolly responded by email in 2 minutes, giving me his phone number, a price quote range, and his availability this very afternoon! Within 10 minutes I had called him and he was out to my house within the hour as he promised. He unclogged my disposal but also explained to me step by step the work he was doing. The work involved more as I also had poorly connected pipes and leakage. He had the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the whole job to perfection in a timely manner. He gave me a complimentary service of cleaning my drains with a super-cleaner. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and I have already recommended Rich of Jolly Rooter to two of my friends. Jolly Rooter is our go-to plumber. We have had an issue with noisy plumbing and water pressure for a few years. Rich and Matthew did great work, diagnosed and actually solved the problem. We needed a new Pressure Release Valve - the one installed with the home was cheap and way too small - you can see the picture attached, the one on the bottom was the original & the one on top was the piece installed by Jolly Rooter (huge quality/size difference)! This is a huge relief and we can’t recommend them enough. They truly care about their work and fixing the issues. Thank you!!

We’ve had hot water heater issues for months and after trying everything (including hiring another plumber) to get the hot water heater fixed, we reached out to Rich. He responded right away, showed up on time, gave us a reasonable estimate, and got a new, way better hot water heater installed the next day. Great communication and wonderful service overall.
