Rooter Bee Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Rooter Bee has done work for me at my home and a number of rental properties. They have installed five or six water heaters, repaired dozens of pipe leaks, installed sinks, toilets and garbage disposals, cleared countless lines and dug up and lined a main sewer line.

The reason I switched over to Rooter Bee Plumbing for everything plumbing is that I was blown away at the quality of their work. They get on the problem immediately, they are able to assess the problems quickly, and when they finish a job the work is immaculate. No messes. No problems. No sitting around waiting for someone.

This was our second time using The Rooter Bee. Our experience was just as good as the first. When you have a major sewer problem it's so nice to have such a knowledgable and experienced plumber. The most timely and professional job you can receive in Reno. After getting a extremely priced quote from one competitor, then a 2 week delay from another ( the day before Thanksgiving I might add) Mr. AJ came through in the clutch. Very honest and trustworthy.

I had a sudden clogging of the sewer pipes serving my home, read the reviews on line, asked Rooter Bee to attend to the problem. AJ is prompt, listens to what you tell him, and and asks good questions in order to do the job right. . He went right to work, and got the situation under control. I would definitely use Rooter Bee Plumbing again. He also wears fabric booties over his shoes when in your house, ladies!

The Rooter Bee was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in on an emergency notice when other places could not. From now on if there are any issues I am going directly to Rooter Bee and will highly recommend Rooter Bee to anyone!

Cannot recommend enough! We had some major root intrusion in our sewer line and were told by other companies that we were going to need to dig/redo the whole line for $20k. AJ came over right away and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue with honest and thorough recommendations. After cleaning out the line we are now in the clear for the next year while we continue to monitor for issues. The experience was leaps and bounds above any other company we have worked with in Reno and we will definitely be sticking with Rooter Bee for all future needs!

I had an old sewer line that needed to be rooted and eventually replaced. I called three companies within a span of a few weeks to clean out the roots. AJ told me that for some reason the other companies had not fully cleaned out the line, which is what I had already suspected based on the camera footage of the line the other companies showed me and the fact that the sewer kept backing up. However, the old line was ceramic pipe from the 40s and def needed to be replaced. All three companies gave me quotes to replace the line, and Rooter Bee’s was definitely the best value. They were very efficient and trustworthy. I was impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

I placed a service call on a Friday afternoon. I made this call on behalf of my mother who was out of town and found out she had a leak in her backyard. She returned on Friday, but had no water. The neighbor shut off the main water in order to avoid further water damage. AJ’s empathy and understanding towards my elderly mother’s concerns didn’t go unnoticed. AJ came out Friday early evening and turned the water back on and identified the leak. AJ had to come back the next day to cap the pipe that was leaking. FYI I live in California and wasn’t able to get there until Saturday. This gentleman was amazing and I will have him now be our plumber of record. The company is lucky to have him represent “The RooterBee.” Thank you again AJ.

Our toilet was blocked and we could not shift the blockage with a plunger. We called Reno Versatile Plumbers and they send us the plumber within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. The work was done perfectly and there's no more blocked on our toilet. Thanks for sending him early to our house. Will definitely recommend you to others.

I looked up Angie’s list for a plumber that could help me and my fiancé with a water heater problem. The first one on the list was not what I expected and their bid was $4000 higher than the second on the list which was Aquious plumbing. I did get a third estimate as well and they were about the same as Aquious. I had Aquious do the job because they came out and actually looked into what our problem was by taking out their tools and seeing what was wrong. The other two did not. I ended up spending a little extra money and went with the tankless water heater. They put us on their schedule and in less than a week they installed a Rinnai tankless water heater that was suitable for our home. The same person that gave us the estimate (Nate) was the same person that did the job. He was incredible! He was on time and finished in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier for what we got! He also took our old 50 gal tank away. Luke the owner even pulled the permit and scheduled the inspection for us as well. I have been in construction and the service business for 50 plus years and I have never had any company give service like this! Aquious plumbing will always be the first we call and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Luke and most of all thank you Nate for restoring our faith back, and for the awesome product and workmanship you have given my fiancé and me!
