Called on point plumbing when my water heater went out based on a referral from a friend. Glad I did! Mike came out same day and was able to get me fixed up. We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. Mike is great! He replaced my old garbage disposal and came back to check out my dishwasher when I had a concern, even though he does not work on appliances. Turned out not to be an issue, but appreciative that he took time to check it out. He is easy to get a hold of and it's very easy to make appointments.

This is more a review of the kindness of an owner/employee then the service. I was stranded on the side of washoe valley and needed a jumpstart. I had been there waving jumper cables around for quite awhile when a man in one of the Bucks Plumbing and Heating trucks drove up. He spotted me from across the highway and turned around to help me.

Buck's is an Exceptionally Excellent Plumbing Company, Andy, Jeff and their guys are Courteous, Knowledgeable and Timely. They have Never let me down over the past 12+ years I have been using them for all my Plumbing needs, from conception to expansion and repair. They do it all. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing project. Thank You Buck's.

On July 12, 2024, I was driving southbound on 395 near the Doyle area. I was driving a fifth wheel and there was a solid string of vehicles in front of me. A Bucks plumbing truck was in a big hurry to go nowhere and attempted to pass me, with very little room to spare as a pickup truck was traveling northbound. Bucks plumbing was unsuccessful in their attempt to pass me and nearly caused a fatal head on collision. The Northbound pickup was literally forced to swerve off the road to avert a fatal head on collision. Had that happened not only would the occupants of the Bucks plumbing truck died, but the pickup who they forced off the road, and quite likely myself and any other vehicles in the vicinity. Not cool at all!!!!

Clarence and Hunter were both great. They explained issues that I asked about and they cleared the nasty clog in the sewer line. More importantly, they honored a verbal agreement to clear the problem a second time for $0 when the same problem occurred 3 months after the initial fix. Thanks for the fix and honesty. Not that common anymore. Tom
