Fast service and a great plumber

Well 1st off I've never used your business but anyways whoever's driving your Box truck doesn't need to be going 60 down vista. Not professional.

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

Royal Plumbing is my go to plumber! They are so knowledgable and the only company in town that I would recommend.

Marcus with Royal Service Plumbing is an expert at plumbing installation for new and old structures. He's creative and thinks outside the box. Marcus is full of knowledge and is our goto when it comes to our plumbing needs.

I always recommend Marcus as he is my go to plumber. He made an unexpected piping situation in the shower area look easy to move. he and his team handled it well from changing all of the plumbing behind the walls to attaching the shower head, shower slidebar, faucets and toilet.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Wow! I had their crew install a new water heater, and could not be more pleased. The best plumbers in Reno hands down. I got multiple estimates from major companies within the city and it was refreshing to find there are still good honest companies out there. There service was very fast,within the day, and got my hot water heater working without paying $5k for a whole new heater. They are #1 in RGJ magazine for a reason! No brainer, choose Royal plumbing for all plumbing needs.

We are very happy with Marcus and Jaidin. I called Marcus just before the New Year holiday about a leak in our crawl space and a hose bib to be replaced. The office and Marcus were both very transparent about pricing prior to scheduling. Jaidin came out right after the holiday and identified the leak in the crawl space, got parts, repaired it, and replaced the hose bib in less than 3 hours. They were transparent about pricing for this as well before completing any work. Pricing is reasonable for the Reno area.
In addition, Jaidin was very clean and careful. He left no mess and wore shoe coverings in our home without having to be asked.
Overall, a great experience and will gladly recommend.

Rafal and his crew installed 3 new "water saving' toilets at my house and I am extremely pleased with their work and price. They were professional, courteous and helpful. The also repaired a tricky valve on my tub facet that took great care and knowledge. I cannot be more pleased with their wok and would highly recommend then for any and all plumbing needs. Raf is the best, totally professional and the type of person you’re happy to have in your house helping you. Chrissy is responsive and knows what she’s talking about. These folks know how to get things accomplished and will leave you smiling.

While attempting to fix our sprinkler we hit our main line creating new leak. Called Alpine Plumbing who came out within the hour and fixed the main line. Fair priced, very timely and personable.

We had Alpine Plumbing extend and repair an existing gas line to supply a fireplace. There was a leak in the existing line that they diagnosed and repaired quickly. Good communication and timeliness. Great company to work with, highly recommended.

Alpine Plumbing is great. They were quick to respond. They were communicative about when they realistically thought they could do it (which was quick). We scheduled the work, they showed up when they were supposed to and finished the work under their quoted price. I would definitely use them again.
