Bad experience I didn't go with the job coz it was too expensive to snake my clogged toilet n shower. They were charging me $850 for less than an hour job. And they still charge me $95 coz they showed up in my house.

Shea did an outstanding job! He was a miracle worker getting the kitchen faucets in with all the wood obstacles. We are very impressed also with his communication skills.

Project is not finished yet. Titan was responsible for disconnecting and moving appliances then reconnecting appliances. The guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There were some glitches but the company stood behind their work.

I have had several jobs done by different divisions of this company. This time it was a water heater replacement. As always, the plumber was kind, helpful, and professional and the price was fair. Highly recommend this company.

Such disappointment with this plumbing.
Being my account was through American Home Shield, my service was a total nightmare.
They are in Reno and a one hour trek to South Lake Tahoe is not attractive to their company. The plumber they sent to fix the horrible noise vibration and shaking on the kitchen pipes, faucet were next to nothing. The guy was there for 3 minutes, cleaned the screen on the faucet, left and said the faucet is old. How does he know it’s old? Is 5 years old considered old?Even if it’s old, it will not vibrate and bend like it was doing. He never even looked under the sink. American Home Shield according to them, could not get any response from numerous requests from this plumbing company. It’s been 26 days since they performed a 3 minute service. It’s on video. I was advised by the AHS staff that they called, emailed the owner of the company and no response.
I flatly refuse to recommend this Titan Plumbing.

Chris came out to my property and was able to repair a problem valve that had been incorrectly repaired 3 times by another plumbing company.
He found the problem after a brief inspection and had it repaired on the spot within 30 minutes, with minimal interruption to our water service.
There is no question Titan Plumbing is my go-to company, for small and large issues. Should be yours too.

Jason absolutely crushed it! Our water heater went out and he came through big time. He showed up, figured out the problem right away, and had it fixed in no time. Super professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

Cannot recommend Titan Plumbing enough - finding services that are honest and reliable is becoming increasingly difficult and Chris and his guys at Titan are truly stand up folks. They have taken care of us both at my business and home and I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC jobs.

Had titan plumbing come out to hyro-jet a sewer drain that was clogged! I tried with a snake that I rented but couldn’t get it done. Chris came by and hyrdo jetted the line and it was unclogged in no time! Definitely recommend titan plumbing if you need any hydro jetting/drain services done! Quick and reliable service!

The water outlets for our washer were leaking and too corroded to remove. Huge shout-out to Jason who came out to our house, made some suggestions, and did an awesome job of replacing both the faucets as well as the old housing box. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and would not leave until I was completely satisfied with the repair. If I ever have any other plumbing issues he will be the first person I call!

Titan Plumbing picked up nicely where Tech Plumbing dropped the ball. They finished the job in two days after a night in which we had to shut off the water to my house. I didn't have to pay anything.

Diego was absolutely great! Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Was enthusiastic in answering questions and guided us in maintenance in our new water heater. Absolutely great experience given the unfortunate circumstances of having to replace a water heater.

Emailed the night before, had a phone call the next morning around 9am and Jason arrived at my house around noon. Took a few minutes and the issue was fixed. Kids, I tell ya...
But Jason did a fantastic job and the service all-around was quick and easy.

Titan Plumbing technician Donovan did a phenomenal job! Our gas control valve on the water heater stopped working and he was able to quickly identify the issue and repair it in a reasonable amount of time. Donovan was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but very friendly and went the extra mile to provide great customer service! Will definitely use Titan plumbing again in the future, and will specifically request Donovan!

Titan Plumbing's customer service is outstanding. My client had a plumbing leak over the weekend. Titan showed up quickly, diagnosed the leak and location. The repair was completed professionally and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Titan Plumbing did exactly what was needed. I had a very old water heater that gave out. Matthew documented the problems and worked with my home warranty agency. A few days later I had a new water heater that heats water very well and quickly. Matthew is very kind and personable.
