I have had Eric, Big Bear Plumbing, do many plumbing projects for me. The latest being the installation of a tankless hot water heater. He has always provided excellent, timely service at a very reasonable price. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible!

I've been dealing with Eric for about 4-5 years now. He's done simple jobs, complex jobs and things in between. I have found him to be consistently polite and professional. He quotes fairly and keeps his word, even when things turn out a little different than we expected. He's always on time, returns calls and texts promptly, and does a great job. I've referred him to friends, and I would refer him to anyone looking for quality work.

We called about 10 different plumber's no one would come out for at least a week. meanwhile we have water coming from the wall into our house we purchased 3 days prior. Eric came out immediately and I mean immediately! He was very polite and helpful from the beginning to end. He was very fast and efficient the best contractor I have ever encountered by a mile and unfortunately I have too much experience with plumbing issues and contractors. We have most definitely found our plumber and plan on having him come back for toilet replacement and any further issues. I'm so grateful we have a go to guy from now on. Eric fixed the leaking pipe next to my water heater. He arrived at my house at the time he promised and explained to me how he will fix the leak with details. This is what I like.

Eric is the real deal. He takes pride in his work and charges a fair price for it. He has replaced my washing machine hookups, my kitchen faucet and my hot water heater, going above and beyond each time. So much integrity. I hate to share him but I must!
