Service department is top notch

Installed the wrong water heater, made a terrible mess, refuses to help me with water violently sputtering from the hot water taps (a known problem with Bradford white water heater anode rod). Incredibly poor service all around (deflecting, lies, and a refusal to help me).

We have a very large store in downtown Reno. A few years ago a smell started coming into the back side of the building. I had a few plumbers look to see what they could find. But no luck. The smell just got worse. It got so bad, we couldn't even stand to be in that part of building.
I called Johnson Plumbing. Ken came out and started working on the issue right away. He was determined to find the problem. As I said, we have had others look for the problem before, so it wasn't that simple. But Ken found not one, but multiple issues in our vents sewage pipes. Cracks, splits, and broken pipes. We now can breath again. Thank you Ken and Johnson plumbing. YOU ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

Great price, better service! Had 3 local(established) plumbers come out to the house and charge me an arm and a leg to do a sub-par repair. Only Johnson plumbing fixed the problem permanently and properly. Do yourself a favor and call them now.
