Called for an appointment. The person answered and took my information- no one ever called me back. Had to look elsewhere to get service.

Tried many plumbers in the area that do subpar jobs and don't know what they are doing. Very pleased with Wiley's help unclogging drains and pipe repairs.

Thank you to Wiley's Plumbing and Heating. You guys made the remodel process easy and the work was great. The plumbing interaction with other contractors was perfect. The kitchen and bath remodel was done in a week! We appreciate it.

All summer they worked on an AC unit. Not only was the unit on it's last leg, but it was a drive of 25 minutes to Stead everytime. When finally the unit rejected every part and fix. They did a great job replacing the unit quickly, and at a great price. Thank you Wiley's. You truly are invested in your clients needs.

They were extremely messy, stomping around my shower with dirty shoes then walking through my house even after I asked twice that they wear booties. I have 2 babies so I try to keep the flowers clean. They left black hand prints all over my shower and a mess in my bathroom as well. They also blasted music while they worked which I found to be very unprofessional and rude. I'm sure there are plenty of other plumbers that clean up after themselves and behave in a professional manner. I would NOT recommend Wiley's at all.

They charge me double. They broke toilet. Replace it what they said is free. They replaced it, but 3 months later I got invoice for the job I already paid and toilet replacement what must be free. Overall the replacement was not necessary and easy can be repaired, but guy did not want to cut and replace bolts, they told me to replace all toilet. This cost me extra $$ plus extra job for Wiley's what that actually wanted. Very bad business.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

I have used Jason and his company Wiley Plumbing for years and NEVER had a bad experience. Always professional, dependable, and always priced correctly. I wouldn’t use anyone else. You won’t be disappointed!!

Be careful. They add on extra parts to your invoice. They add on time they never serviced. Make sure to document when they come, when they leave to get parts and every detail. When I tried to pay the worker He had me on speaker and called the office and the lady who answered was cussing because her computer was not working. They add 4% for credit cards they do not explain prior to coming, and a fuel charge is not explained for getting parts. I was prepared to buy a furnace and would never have them come back

Called them based on referrals from family, had an emergency and lost all water to my home first thing in the early morning hours. They were booked solid, however, they were able to get eyes on the problem to diagnose and repair Issues with the main line connection, they had to dig down and repair a break at main line not covered by TMWA, They had me up and going before lunch. They are a solid crew!

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Five stars for excellent service. Their service tech, Anthony, was very polite and courteous as well as extremely thorough with his inspection. Checking everything twice and making sure all was running well. I highly recommend Wiley’s for all your plumbing and hvac needs.

Wiley’s Plumbing replaced our 50-year-old oil-fired furnace with an efficient natural gas heater/air conditioner unit in the crawl space under my house almost two years ago. Jay and his crew did a great job installing it, including cutting up and removing the old furnace from a very small space. And to top it off, later that year when we lost power for 5 days in January (from heavy rain and snowstorms) and had no heat, Jay again showed up late at night so we could at least have heat. He brought a generator, stripped down to his underwear and crawled (swam?) under my house with 10” of standing water in the freezing cold. He plugged the furnace into his generator so we could have heat and got my sump pump running again to get the water out of the crawl space. He really went the extra mile for me and my family and we’ll be forever grateful! We actually called him a few days ago (it’s July in the current heat wave) to thank him for our air conditioner, and how nice it’s been, after not having AC for the last 30 years!
