They came the same day I called, and fixed the problem after another (different company’s) plumber had to open a wall, and couldn’t get our clogged drain unclogged after spending 2 hours trying to get his drain snake to work.

On the other hand, Rooterman was done in 30 mins. They were nice and courteous and cleaned up well before they left. I wish I had called them before my local neighborhood plumber made us tear open our walls.

They overcharged me by pretending to do a task that had already been completed, taking advantage of my ignorance of the subject. Later, I found out that my former plumber had already finished the work they claimed to have done. I saw that, as a way to kill time, they were waiting in their car for some time before he billed me.
They exploited the circumstances. It was a terrible experience; I felt defrauded. People had similar difficulties with them overcharging, I noted in other reviews. Avoid using these services to save money and yourself a hassle.

As with my previous experiences, they were able to come out quicker than I expected and did a great job.

We woke up to the unpleasant surprise of a backed up septic system. Fortunately the absolutely AMAZING Jesse came out, cleared up the problem and taught us things about our septic system that nobody else had ever explained. We look forward to Rooter Man solving all the issues he uncovered for us, and are extremely grateful for his knowledge and efficiency!

Have had Adam work on a couple of issues on an older property with clean out issues. Also a issue with a unusual hot water heater the even the company manual of the manufacturing company was not sure of why the tank was made in that way it was. He is very patient knowledgeable polite definitely professional and even worked around nosy animals. He was able to resolve all the problems now we're waiting for the building inspector to come out and pass the work the way it had to be done. Working with Adam was a pleasure and the prices were very reasonable for the hard work he put in. I highly recommend this company and we'll use it for any of my situations in the future

When I first had an pipe issue at the end of January, I got a relatively fast response. The guy, Brandon, who came out was very knowledgeable and was great to deal with. However, the days following the initial call, I noticed water pressure hadn't returned to many assets of my house so I tied to call them back for a follow-up. I then spent all of February attempting to get them back out here, reaching out at least 11 confirmed times that I could find in my phone history, and only being told "we'll call you back" or "text me and I'll get back to you". They never got back to me. I had someone else come out today and solve the issue in about a half hour. Rooter Man might know their plumbing, but the customer service is atrocious and I can't recommend their service.

I called Rooter Man for the very first time to request an estimate, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. He seemed confused and insisted that my husband had already called, saying things like, “Why didn’t HE call me?” as if we had done something wrong. We had never contacted them before, yet he kept referring to some prior conversation that didn’t happen.

He then asked if we wanted him to send one of his guys out, and I politely declined, explaining that the interaction felt unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, he snapped, “How was that unprofessional?” and continued to talk over me, saying, “Well, your husband…” even though he was clearly still confusing us with someone else.

This was our first and only attempt to do business with Rooter Man, and we will absolutely not be calling again. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine the service gets any better from here. Very disappointing.

Rooter Man Plumbing did a great job clearing the drainage lines which probably haven't been done in over a year. I've experienced slow drainage and stoppage issues since moving into the house a year ago. Other companies dispatched by American Home Shield were unable to resolve the problem. However, after calling Rooter Man, a team was sent first thing in the AM. The technicians evaluated what needed to be done, and got to work, once approved. I was kept up-to-date on what was being done routinely until the job was completed. I was very satisfied with the expediency of completing the task and the display of professionalism shown. I will definitely use Rooterman Plumbing again for any other plumbing issues and will recommend their services to family & friends.

Dan was respectful, clean, with shoe covers, listened to my concerns. He repaired everything very well in just a couple of hours.
The price was high (over $1,000) for labor only. In my next life, I will skip college and go to plumbers trade school. Great repair!

I called these guys and they were extremely responsive to my issue. They came out the very next day to look over our situation and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. I was very pleased with how they completed the task and keeping me in informed about the overall situation. They provided a detailed overview with recommendations and pictures of the work they performed. I’ll definitely call them again in the future.
