Wiley's scheduled a repair for 2 condensate pumps on a Friday starting at 8 am. They called me at 8:15 am same day, after I had driven 2 hours to let them in, and let me know they had failed to obtained the needed parts & needed to reschedule. They clearly were aware of this day before and did not bother to let me know the day before. They clearly had already rescheduled their repair people for another job when they should have been taking care of the one they promised to do for me. Mike was rude to me from the very beginning of the bid process to the end. I highly recommend not using this company...plenty of others out there with more concern & respect for their clients needs and time.

We had a plumbing problem over the holidays and Wiley’s was very easy to work with. The staff told us what to expect and they were prompt, did excellent work and the price was great too. Hopefully won’t need them again but if I ever have another plumbing problem I will call them first.

One of the most positive comments I would ever give - from the owner down through the personnel, I have never had such a positive experience. Friendly, professional, and so caring about the customer, this company gets the highest praise I can give. The office personnel, so understanding and caring, down through the other employees, I am so satisfied. Two employees I have to mention - Jimmy (he is definitely crazy), and Eric - this young man knows his job and it shows. Now I’m sure any of the other employees I have met? Oh, the costs are refreshing and easy to accept.

We've used Wiley's before with great satisfaction. However, most recently I scheduled an appointment for service, took a vacation day off work to be there, and their tech couldn't do the job because his company van was broken down and he had no parts (not the tech's fault.). No call from the company ahead of time to let me know this, just found out when the tech arrived. I was then told Wiley's would call and reschedule when the tech's van was repaired.

Over a month goes by, and they finally call my wife and schedule another service. My wife takes a vacation day to meet them. No one shows up at the scheduled time. I call and they tell me they have the appointment in their system, but somehow it didn't get assigned to anyone.

2 wasted vacation days, more than a month of waiting and still no repair.

Thanks for nothing.

Dispatch failed to call me and let me know the plumber was running late. Other than that it was a good experience. Price was fair and Dave got the job done while explaining the process.

Love these guys. Wiley's installed the HVAC and plumbing in my newly-constructed house and did a great job from installation through inspection. A couple of things popped up recently that needed attention and they were so responsive and professional, and resolved the issues. Great service. Jason, Robert, Ralph, Isaac, Kristin, Jennifer (I know I'm missing a few) have been so nice and sensitive to my situation - I thank them!! - and recommend Wiley's for anyone needing plumbing and HVAC services. And they're a family-owned business that has been in Reno for years so happy to support them!

Wonderful team of people from office to field staff. We won’t go anywhere else. They are honest and do not try and sell any services not needed. I’ve used them for bathroom remodels, landscape issues and preventive maintenance.

Last week we woke up to a very cold house do to furnace not staying on. I had to fix ASAP don’t want my 4mo grandson to freeze. Called Wiley's Plumbing they came out first thing in morning had furnace up and running. Everyone helpful and friendly. Thanks again for great service. Will definitely be using them for now on

Called this morning to schedule a service, spoke to Kelsey who answered the phone and she was able to have the service men Ralph and Angelo at our home this afternoon. The gentlemen were both polite and friendly.

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Wiley’s Plumbing & Heating for several (unfortunately back-to-back) issues, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. What started as a bathroom remodel quickly turned into needing help with a sewer line backup, followed by AC troubles—and each time, Wiley’s has shown up with kindness, professionalism, and top-notch work. Bonus points: my dogs adore them, which says everything about the kind of people they are!

Let’s start with Robert—he’s phenomenal. He initially came out to quote the bathroom remodel and then returned when a small issue popped up mid-project. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and just an all-around solid person. Honestly, Robert is the reason we decided to move forward with Wiley’s in the first place, and I’m so glad we did.

Next up: Mike and Chris, the dynamic duo! They tackled installing a new bathtub and updating valves in both bathrooms. They came out twice and were always kind, thorough, and remembered us from their previous visit. They explained things clearly when I wanted details, but also respected when I just wanted them to work their magic. As a mom with a curious toddler who was very interested in all the noise, I appreciated how they handled everything with patience and a sense of humor. They never made me feel like we were in the way.

Then, during all that, our sewer line backed up—enter Dave! He was quick, efficient, and had the right equipment to get the job done. He even came back with a camera to make sure we understood the root of the issue. Another total pro.

And finally, just today, Isaac came out to look at our AC. We’d had another company come out first (because they could get here faster), but while they got the unit running again, they were pushy and tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Isaac was the total opposite—sweet, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He even cleaned the unit thoroughly, something the other company didn’t bother with.

Bottom line: Wiley’s is amazing. Every single person we’ve worked with has been kind, skilled, and trustworthy. I won’t call anyone else for plumbing or heating again—these are our go-to guys for life!

The service was professional from the start! Prompt polite walked me through everything friendly spent entire hour checking all of the system! Did not have to wait weeks no contract to sign up for like others wanted! So glad I changed from Sierra air to this local company ! Wiley’s plumbing and heating class act .

It is with great pleasure I write this review. Recently my daughter had an issue that required immediate attention. A water flow system needed to be installed in her home. There were only four days to get this completed. I contacted Wiley plumbing as I have used them in the past with fantastic results. I explained the situation to Jason the owner and he scheduled and sent employees to our rescue the next morning. I can't say enough about this companies professionalism, promptness, and highly efficient work ethic. The system was installed and functioning by mid day. Not only did they do a great job they cleaned up after the issue and made sure we had no additional concerns. I highly recommend Wiley Plumbing and will use them again should the need arise.

This company gets 5 stars, the professionalism of rapid scheduling and price quote with Sierra was handled promptly. Ralph the plumber and his tech was very efficient, extremely professional , and pleasant. They cleaned up , left me with a beautiful water heater and even made me a sticker with a date on it for a reference for future maintenance . The price point was honest and I love supporting excellent mom and pop businesses. Thank you Wiley’s for your great work .

We recently contacted two companies for quotes to replace our 12-year-old water heater. A technician from Wiley’s stopped by, took a few pictures, and said we would receive an estimate by email. The entire visit lasted no more than eight minutes.

After receiving both quotes, we decided to go with another company. Shortly after, Wiley’s sent us a bill for $160 for the quote visit. When we called to inquire, the representative said that was their standard charge for sending a technician and that, according to their GPS, he was at our home for 11 minutes.

After some discussion, they agreed to reduce the charge by 50%, which we paid. While we appreciate the partial adjustment, we were disappointed by the lack of transparency about the quote fee upfront. Because of this experience, we don’t see ourselves using Wiley’s for future plumbing needs.

We contacted multiple HVAC companies in town for service on a radiant heater in our shop. None of which offered service/repair on that style heater(s) We happend to see a Wiley's service truck at a business across from ours. We approached the technician (Isaac) and inquired about radiant heater service. He promptly confirmed that they do in fact service said heater(s) He presented us with their card and contact info. After a call to their office, Isaac and a helper were back in less than an hour to troubleshoot the heater. On a Friday afternoon! Great service!!! The problem ended up being the thermostat, which needed to be replaced. New parts were ordered, and the heater was up and running on Tuesday morning. Thanks again to Isaac and crew.

Adam was great, helping us clear the clog in our plumbing.
Showed up same day we called. He got right to work, with a good attitude, and helpful explanation of what he was doing.
All this, at a reasonable price, for the work done.

Hired him again to replace a broken water main.
Again he did a great job, for a reasonable price. He was good at showing up on time, and keeping me informed on what was being done.
