Had to call out another plumber 4 days later due to clog not being fully removed. The second plumber from a different company spent 3 hours and removed a massive clog haven't had any issue sense..

They came within an hour of calling, fixed my clogged sewer line very quickly, were very transparent about the whole process, including pricing, and very professional

Terrible service and a complete rip off. We hired to locate a leak and mark the line. The leak was not in the area described, additionally they would not come back and mark where the water line was or take a photo. Really hard to communicate and you never know who you're talking to. Terrible company, not sure how they are still in business.

James was the absolute best! He was efficient, honest, and made the whole experience pleasant. You are appreciated James!

showed detail of sewer pipe pics taken under the house to clean out box and to the street connection. he was suppose to send the root stoppage pics to city sewer put show wrong pics. pic that was sent of new sewer clean out pipe top in the box. need to send me copy of the pics from clean out of street connection to show city it was the root problem that created the stoppage, but i had to pay to fix the blockage. appreciate if a copy is sent to me and to the city.

The price was over $ 1000 hr. The plumber required the payment in advance. The plumber used the plumbing urgency to overcharge much higher than average rates in area. The work took less than 4 hours and the price was over $ 15000 and Materials were less $300

I am requesting the credit card fee be returned. I did not use a credit card. I used my debit. Your company was paid immediately. The contract fee is not for debit cards. It states CC. (Credit cards). The faucet was not repaired. I only found out because it was on the bill. Daniel did not tell me. I think I was over charged because I live 500 miles away and had to trust the company.

I had drains plugged on my roof and bad weather was coming in, they came the day that I called! They understood the job and what was necessary gave me a quote and completed the job all in one day I can’t express my gratitude In the great work and service that they provided.

Dan was great! Really gave great customer care and attention, and explained everything in detail. I’ll be using him from now on!

Showed up very quickly, got our kitchen sink taken care of fast and was very courteous, also did some work on our hot water heater, seems to be a bit expensive, will have to research the average costs for our area

Our worker was prompt and courteous. He wore boot covers every time he came into the house. He also suggested getting both shower drains unclogged at the same time to save the cost of another visit.

I had called hoping for an estimate. I was told someone could come out today. The plumber then called me and he was extremely rude. Once I said I was getting estimates from multiple places, he said “well, it seems like you have it under control. We can come out and do it today, but if you want an estimate we don’t do that. We are extremely busy.” He proceeded to be rude and didn’t bother explaining the process they have. IF you’re SO busy, how can you have time to come same day??

I called back the guy who scheduled the service who was also not great at communicating. He eventually told me that “if you’re getting multiple estimates, we like to be last”.

I highly recommend while scheduling with your customers to inform them of this process to avoid dealing with rude plumbers over the phone.

The solution to the backed-up sewer line was done as anticipated and efficiently. Current problems were well documented and solutions adequately described. The timing of the work was off but was done timely and did not interfere with other obligations.

He was very nice and personable. Came explained it all and helped me make a good decision. I’m happy!

First off.. I thought I would NOT be charged an emergency fee when your company didn’t come the day I called. It was a Sunday. My turn on/shut off valve didn’t work at our vacation cabin. I had NO WATER. I was expecting out of town visitors the next day. When your company said they couldn’t come that day, I had to go to the store to buy drinking, washing, toilet water. Your crew of two men came the next day very late in afternoon. It was a MONDAY. This wasn’t a two-man job. And no more an emergency. I assumed the price would be lower since it was NOT an emergency now. NO! They still charged me the original EMERGENCY quote. This charge was outrageous to begin with, and then your workers told me they couldn’t finish the job. They said they’d come back. I assumed the original quote was for a completed job. NO! Your company added another totally outrageous charge to finish the job. That’s when I realized I made a huge mistake using your company. I ended up calling a local plumbing contractor who finished up the job with a minimum charge – 18% lower than what you were charging. He also told me what you charged to begin with was ‘criminal’. The initial charge was over $3500!!

They came to unclog my sewer. Charged me way too much money. $800.00 Didn’t fix anything the sewer was still backed up. Took 5 days to return and all they did is snake the shower drain. Which is what I wanted them to do in the first place. What a rip off. $800. Bucks WOW what is this world coming too. I would NOT recommend them. .

Our septic tank had not been cleaned out in decades.. and we had issues in our 2 story house..Rooter Man Plumbing came in and emptied the septic out and they were great. Now everything in the house is running smoothly again. Thank you so much!!

Beware! This company charges by the job not the hour. My elderly mom was charged $525 for 30 minutes of work. He didn't have the basic part needed to repair it and the dishwasher flooded again within 10 days. The men who run the company I spoke to about the bill were condescending, defensive, and sexist. The guy asked "is there a man I can talk to?" In 2025!!! Use a different plumber.

P.S. - I used another plumber who was professional, cordial, and fixed the issue for $200

Great service and friendly staff! We called to have our kitchen sink snaked because it wouldn’t drain. Plus, water was backing up in the sink when we ran the dishwasher and clothes washer. Turns out the pipe in our 1960’s house was cast iron and corroded so the snake shredded it. An hour long job turned into them having to order a tool to rethread a pipe in the wall. They ordered the tool, to prevent a much more costly job where they could have ripped out part of the wall. Very much appreciated their willingness to save us money! They re-did the piping under the sink and replaced our ancient double p-trap system. No more leaks or backing up, the sink drains perfectly, and we can use the washers again. Will definitely return to this company for our future plumbing needs we’re sure to need on this old house.
