Savage and Son technician, Henry, was wonderful. He was professional, courteous, competent and cheerful. Kathleen in billing was also professional, helpful and a great communicator!

Making an appointment with Savage and Sons was the best decision I have ever made! It started on the phone with how genuine and nice Kathleen was. The way she was so caring and really took the time to understand me, especially since I had a hard time explaining what was wrong with my plumbing. So few people would have taken the time to listen. I very much appreciate her for that. Next, Bryan came out to my house to fix my shower tub diverter and look at the water pressure. Bryan is an amazing and kind plumber. He took the time to explain fully what was going on and how everything worked. He also was so honest and real with what was needed and not needed. He is such a genuine guy and fixed the plumbing issue with no trouble. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with the all around service of Bryan, Kathleen, and Savage and Sons. I highly highly recommend Savage and Son for anything home plumbing you need. I am beyond impressed. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and going back for some future plumbing needs. The plumber sent out to fix a leak was Mikey Gilbert. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issue.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. Keith quickly determined the problem, and fixed it on the spot. He had all of the parts at the ready. Another company we previously used never had the parts, so would charge extra to go buy the parts and come back. I’m glad we switched to Savage and Son!

Our Savage & Sons plumber was Brian. He was professional, competent and efficient. He up sold us on a new toilet, which we are thrilled with. We have used a few local plumbing companies over the years and in this case, we had another estimate. In this instance Savage & Sons was about 1/3 the price (and included a new toilet). Brian pointed out that a more extensive pipe replacement may be a direction for the future (original estimate covered this), but the Savage & Sons repair should be effective for the foreseeable future, which fit out needs. Highly recommend Savage & Sons.

Having experienced problems with our outside shut off valve to our house we decided it was time to see what our options were for a more reliable service. Savage and Son has been our first choice in plumbing service for years so we contacted them for some suggestions. Robert, their service plumber, explained what our options were from doing nothing to replacing the entire system. After some consideration we decided to replace the entire system before a situation occurred where we needed to shut everything off only to find we couldn't. We asked them to do the job, which they did in a timely manner. We are very pleased with a completed, professional installation. The employees who completed the job we pleasant, professional and considerate. They kept us informed of their schedule. I would, and have, recommend Savage and Sons for any pluming needs you have.

Friendly, professional technicians providing excellent service. In the past, I have had my water heater replaced and a kitchen sink clog repaired. This time, Henry replaced my garbage disposal.

Savage & Son sent out a technician to clear a drain for us, Mikey G. was the technician they sent and he did a great job! He did good work, was fast and and super pleasant to deal with. We will definitely use Savage again and request Mikey when we do!

I had an emergency plumbing issue (broken pipe - UGH) on Saturday, Josh was here quickly, the entire experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. He also returned later in the week to finish up the job, same great service as Saturday. Thank you Savage and Son!

About a year and half ago we had a plumbing emergency. Savage and Sons was so helpful and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was worried about having a recurrent issue, so I reached out to schedule an appointment in hopes of avoiding a future plumbing disaster. The office staff was kind a courteous on the phone. The day of the appointment they ended up sending out two people to help figure out what we needed. Mikey did an excellent job assessing the situation. He offered short and long term solutions for preventive measures to manage my plumbing concern. They were more than fair with pricing also. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing. They have taken good care of us more than once! Thank you!!

Josh was wonderful to work with! Josh called me when he was on his way, was timely, was professional, kind, thorough, and went above and beyond when servicing my water heaters and unclogging two sinks. Josh noticed that my drain stops were installed to close to the sink and the faucet parts were loose (by another plumbing company) and he adjusted the parts accordingly! Kathleen in the office is also a world of help and handles scheduling and payment. Overall, this company provides excellent service! Thank you all!

I've used Savage and Sons more than once for plumbing issues (leaks, faucet repairs, etc.). Each time was a positive experience. Everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful... both the office staff and the technicians that came to my house to do plumbing assessments and repairs.
