I called on a Sunday morning at 7 AM and spoke to their on-call technician Dustin. Dustin made sure to squeeze us in first thing in the morning because we had a baby shower at 1 o’clock that afternoon. He was professional and did a great job and the on-call emergency rates were more than reasonable. We will definitely be using master service plumbing again.

Josh was respectful and listened to my issues with the outdoor bib. He changed the washer and got me on the right track to re-reusing that particular outside faucet.

Master plumbing changed my PRV valve last year and did a great job with that. Will use their services when I have outdoor Plumbing needs.

Master Service Plumbing is our ONLY go to for plumbing. We are a Hair Salon and Day Spa and have used many companies in the 20 years we've been open. Master Plumbing has gotten us out of jams more than once. They have installed our new equipment also, including hot water heaters, shampoo bowls, toilets and hot water on demand water heaters!

There was something metal in our Garbage Disposal. The technician found a small screw and that fixed it. He did a great job and quite fast at the solution. He was very nice and polite and cleaned up after himself very well.

Master Service Plumbing came over after two failed attempts by other plumbers and was able to fix a complicated bathroom leak in no time. They are wonderful to work with and very reasonable. Five stars is definitely earned by them.

The tech was polite and thorough. Explained in layman’s terms and they got me scheduled quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Charged $172/hour to fail to move a fridge. No work was done and I ended doing the work myself in less time than the plumber took to determine he could not move the fridge. I am not a plumber.

Josh replaced our old water softener with a new one and did a great job and did it relatively quickly considering he had to leave and get additional parts. He was very cool and professional and took the time to explain things to a plumbing novice like myself.
