3year old Toll Brothers house had a leaky galvanized supply line to a water heater. I called the original installation company who said they’d check the schedule and get back to me but never did. I called Ira Hansen and Sons and had a great experience from the initial phone call through the repair job. Dawson did a great job, was on time and efficient, and explained what needed to be done very respectfully. I feel very relieved and am very happy with the work done by Dawson

Chad was amazing!! He called to tell us he could come early if we wanted. He was personable, polite and professional. He explained the details of what was wrong with our faucet, ordered new parts and put them back in , in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with his service and politeness thank you so much Chad! I think he deserves more than a $10 bonus! He is an asset to have at the face of your business. Alex hooked up the bathroom plumbing after we had our counter redone. He also came in the day before, on short notice, to fix the stop valve so we could get the counters done in time. Very friendly and prompt. He also followed up the next day after we thought we encountered a problem with the new install. Overall, very helpful

Gary was amazing! He diagnosed the issue quickly and repairs were completed quickly, too. He went above and beyond to complete the job and even arrived early. Thank you! The office staff has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

What a great experience from the moment, they called me back this morning promptly through the scheduling and everything else. There were two gentlemen out here today Steve was with our technician doing some training. Both of them were extremely polite, kind, and through.

Very pleased with Gary's work. He was on time for the estimate and then on time again to do the installation. Gary went above and beyond. Informed me that the gas venting was never connected. He fixed that situation as well as installing a new water shut off valve and installed a drip pan and sensor. He also picked up our new water heater on his way to do the job. Gary was very cordial and professional. I will recommend Ira Hansen and Sons to everybody I know. Thank you so much Gary. You rock!

We had a leaky shower and they were able to send someone out within 24 hours with a very reasonable arrival window. Steve showed up right on time, was great at communicating when he would show up, and was able to provide a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. He was able to confirm the leak location and to replace the shower cartridge within 15 minutes. I would definitely call again for future work.

Amanda took the phone call and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She contacted a technician and called me right back to say they could fit me in today! Within 30 minutes Gary and Cody showed up and solved the emergency leak we had. 10 STARS. Fast and friendly!

Thanks to Jack (owner of Dirty Plumber) for coming over Thursday when we had an urgent issue with our Gas Water heater copper pipe. It had been leaking all over our garage the corner of our garage for quite some time before we discovered the issue. Jack was super helpful and did a great job to fix this issue in a timely manner. We will certainly be hiring him again for any other plumbing issues we have, along with referring our friends and neighbors to Jack, The Dirty Plumber! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 😊

We have been using Jack aka Dirty Plumber for many years for a wide variety of installations and repairs. From large projects to small repairs he does a fantastic job. He is quick to respond, quick to get things done and always timely. He also has very fair prices. We will continue to go to Jack for our plumbing needs. We highly recommend him!

Jack installed our tankless hot water heater with recirculating pump. We love it! Never runs out of hot water no matter how many showers are going at the same time. He installed it professionally and cleaned up after all was done. He even did our first service at no charge. You will not go wrong hiring him. I highly recommend him.

We emailed Jack asking for an estimate to replace our hose bib. He replied within 30 minutes with the price (which was quite lower than many competitors!!!); we set a date and time and he was great at trying to accommodate our needs.
When he arrived, he realized he didn't really need to replace the whole piece so he fixed everything and charged us less than the estimate!
One piece was leaking and, when we called him, he came back right away and fixed it!
He also helped with a master bathtub loose faucet!
Definitely recommended!

I had an excellent experience with The Dirty Plumber! The job they worked on was not easy. I was asking for a modern washing machine hookup to be installed in a tight space with old plumbing. Robert did a phenomenal job! In addition to the quality of the work, everyone I spoke with was kind, courteous, and helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience with Jack and his crew at Dirty Plumber. We needed a few parts installed/replaced on the main water line into the house. I spoke with Jack directly a number of times prior to his tech arriving at the house. They both shared a lot of information with me both before and after the job, shared pictures and provided a clear itemized receipt for the work completed, which was incredibly reasonable (unlike our previous estimate)! I plan to use Dirty Plumber for any other services going forward and highly recommend!

Jack the owner was great, he is honest and the price is very reasonable, he gave me a date when they would start, how long it would take to complete 1 to 2 days, which they completed installing my water tankless heater in 1 day. Called me to let me know they were on their way. His employee Keaton did a great job, explained everything and clean up everything. It looks awesome in the space where they installed. No leaks, hot water on demand and Jack called the following day to ask how everything was. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing.
