Excellent company to do business with. Prompt, honest, and courteous service. My job required replacing fixtures. I was unaware that the parts needed were under warranty. Jack ordered the new parts and had them shipped directly to me. I let him know when they arrived and he had them installed the next business day. He saved me the cost of over $200 in parts and did a great job with the work. Highly recommended.

I had Keaton do a ton of last minute work for my kitchen renovation including a gas line, refrigerator water line, and sink hook ups. He did a fantastic job and was great to work with!

We moved to a new house and had to call Dirty Plumber after we found a nail from the contractors had fallen in our disposal and pierced it. Jack communicated right away, and his crew replaced the disposal at the new house. Since our old house was 2 miles away, we decided to get everything taken care of at both houses at the same time (with Jack’s approval). They also swapped out the kitchen faucets between the two houses and fixed a leak in the old house. We are happy with the professionalism and customer service and will use Dirty Plumber again

Needed a new hot water heater and wanted to support a local company, checked company’s around Reno and Dirty Plumber was the one. As soon as I put in a request for a quote, Jack called. Desiree was able to set me up with an appointment a few days after. Keaton came to do the job. He was professional, quick, and a craftsman at what he does. Other companies were worried a 50 gallon wouldn’t fit, but they made it happen no sweat. Will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

We have worked with the team at Dirty Plumber Reno a number of times and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again if we have a plumbing issue. Jack follows up immediately and works to solve problems while Desiree answered all of our questions and helped ensure that my elderly mom and her husband received help. What an incredible plumbing company! They were honest, professional, kind, thorough, on time and made sure we understood everything they were doing. We had Keaton here twice for different issues and he even went so far as to wring out all our soaking wet towels and rags. Desiree was the person I had contact with when I called. She was as nice as they come and continued to be understanding and sympathetic when I called in a panic the second time. She got back to me immediately and took care of things. I can’t recommend them enough!

My latest call to the Dirty Plumber involved my water heater. It was leaking and needed to be examined. Once again Keaton and then Jack arrived and determined the heater couldn't be repaired so a new water heater was brought in. They both efficiently removed and then installed a new heater. Quick, friendly and priced right!

I first called Jack about 20 years ago. Whatever the issue was, I remember he took care of it in a timely and affordable manner. The thing that stuck out to me the most was that he reminded me of my older brother- a guy who’s honest and good at what he does.

Don't appreciate companies wasting my time, told my job was too small. I had about 6-8 hrs of work in one bathroom, plus more once done in another bathroom, and then kitchen work, but guess they just aren't too interested in taking on real work.

Dirty Plumber was recommended to me by a buddy I've known since 1976 (not a typo) who is an amazing journeyman tile setter and contractor. Dirty Plumber's amazing office manager/dispatcher, Desiree, knows her plumbing. Over the phone she gave me solid advice on leak mitigation and how to continue hot water service without further damage to my sheet rock. Jack (owner) himself arrived within 4 hours of my call. His work is meticulous, and Dirty Plumber's rate is beyond fair.

Wow, I decided to utilize this small business company on a semi-urgent plumbing problem. From the first phone call with their office to the last, I was kept informed of the technician’s status. Once arrived, the technician evaluated the problem and gave a precise estimate and a discount for being a.first time customer. What great service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had several issues that needed work - leaking water line and disposal in the kitchen and problem with a shower faucet. I’m so happy with the personable folks at Dirty Plumber as well as the work completed! Desiree was great on the phone, returned my call within 45 minutes of leaving a message and apologized that she couldn’t answer when I originally called. We scheduled a time based on my availability and Keaton arrived on time. He diagnosed the problems, gave advice and let me decide which way to proceed. No high pressure or up charging! He left to get parts, and thoroughly completed the job making sure there were no leaks and gave me tips on things I hadn’t noticed or fell off my radar. He was great to work with and was even patient with my grandpup who wanted to help. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs plumbing work done! Five + stars for sure!!

The best service ever Jack and his associate came out on a miserably hot day, putting in a whole new water heater beautifully installed, and did it in one day the day that I called. I am so grateful that I found Dirty Plumber when our hot water heater stopped working the other morning. I’m beyond impressed with Jack and Desiree’s customer service. They were super responsive, fit us in first thing in the morning, picked up the warranty part that we needed, and only charged for labor. The other company that stopped by was going to charge us for the part and labor. Having Jack’s willingness to work with our hot water heater warranty saved us over $1000.
