I wish I could remember the customer service representative’s name but she was fantastic! Understood my emergency and she was sending someone NOW! On a Saturday! Thirty minutes later Gary arrives and immediately spots the problem. It was actually the main line that was plugged and not the plumbing in my condo. He wasn’t equipped for main line repair so he called Marcus who showed up within 30 minutes and unplugged the pipe in say 20 minutes. YAY!! All four attached condos were able to flush again! Both plumbers were friendly and knowledgeable and complete life savers! In approximately 2 hours I went from being stressed out and wondering what I was going to do with my tenants to being back to my weekend happy. If you have a plumbing emergency Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing is the company to call.

Greg, was great! He did everything he could to find our leak. When he did, he explain everything about repairing it how much it would cost.. he came back the next day and repaired it all in a timely manner. Thank you again Greg!

Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing did a great job responding quickly to replace the hot water heater for my tenant. Gary was the technician. He was professional and did a great job executing the job. Coordinating the job through Robyn was easy. She is a great communicator and very responsive.

I had an emergency on Saturday. Robin in the office Reached Marcus and he drove from Reno to Spanish Springs and was at my house in 1/2 hr. He was kind and did a great job fixing my plumbing problem. I commend both Marcus and Robin.

As far as my experience with Ira Plumbing goes it is great. The Technician (Greg) that has done work for us is above all others. He gets here on time or a bit before. He is meticulous with his work yet doesn't dog so you pay more. He is personable and friendly. He is honest and will suggest things for the better not so you spend more. Greg is the only one I want working on my Plumbing issues. Thank you Ira Plumbing for having such an asset to your company.

Our country ever since COVID has suffered such a monumentsous loss of ethics and morals.

The tech arrived. I had explicitly told him a kitchen augur would not do the job.

However, when he arrived, he told me ten different was why it would work. After I told him a larger augur was needed in the past, he replied it would not fit through the door. I then pointed out, Again, that the larger augur was needed in the past. In a flat monotone. With no thought, the words flowed out of his mouth that he could not use it because the cable might snap.

When I thanked him and said he would go, he would not leave, but instead kept insisting that he do the job

Caveat Emptor.

Greg was knowledgeable and assisted in another plumbing companies mistake. Item fixed and I was very happy with the customer service and results.

Technician was great! Didn’t have all the necessary parts on arrival, but I understand they can’t have every part for everything, all the time. So that did extend the working time by almost 2hrs, but I did expect that. Did a fantastic job and was more than helpful with questions I had about possible future plumbing issues and DIY tips!

Noticed there was a leak under the house, we contacted Ira Hansen and Sons for their high approval rate. I spoke with Robin, who was extremely kind and helpful, and scheduled an appointment that was best suited for our busy family life. Gary contacted me and let me know he was on his way and asked if he would like me to come sooner if needed which was much appreciated. Gary inspected and assessed the situation/damages and walked me through and educated me of what was happening, why it was happening, etc. Gary was very knowledgeable, efficient and fast at fixing the problem and referred me to other professionals for other jobs I inquired upon. I highly recommend Ira Hansen and Sons for their professionalism and efficiency and especially Gary for getting the job done!

Gary and Ignacio showed up today to increase my water pressure. Super friendly and professional. My appointment wasn’t until 12-1 and Gary reached out asking if I wanted to come out sooner, that was nice of him to do that. Very fast after-hours response! Robin and Trrystan couldn't have been nicer or more efficient! We have used Ira Hansen Plumbing for years, and have always received excellent service, with very skilled and knowledgeable technicians, at a very fair price!

Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing came through for us in heroic fashion! On a Sunday when there are limited quality options, we had a pipe burst in the kitchen and needed help ASAP as our kitchen was flooded. We tried calling around town and other plumbers were either not answering or could only send someone the next day at the soonest. When I called Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing, Robin answered and was very sympathetic with our situation. She had to make some moves in order to get us help and I was told she would have someone out as soon as they were finished with their current appointment. She gave me a rough ETA and the technician Aaron arrived sooner than expected. Although it was a complex problem, Aaron was very knowledgeable and was able to identify a couple possible solutions and managed to get it done and save us having to come out of pocket a lot more than expected. He was also done fairly quickly even with having to make a trip to the hardware store. This was not an easy job but he was able to get it done and our family was able to have water the same day. Aaron even check other things like our water heater to make sure everything was running in order. I will definitely be calling Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing next time we are in need of any plumbing repairs.

IHS is very professional from scheduling the appointment, to providing the service to handling the billing. Dawson arrived on time, solved the problem in an efficient manner. Would definitely call IHS in the future

Using a 12v Milwaukee Cordless Drain Cleaning Airsnake, Marcus from Ira Hansen & Sons Plumbing unclogged two shower drains filled with construction debris in less than five minutes. Amazing! It was like watching a magician at work.
