Wow, what customer service! Our tankless water heater quit working and I discovered it about 9:30 in the evening. I searched the Internet for plumbing companies and saw that Ira Hansen and sons were well rated. On their website they Have a place to send them a message. I entered Information about my problem expecting to receive a reply the next morning. I couldn’t believe it. I received an email and a text asking more details. By the time our exchange was completed, we had a service call scheduled for today. Later, Robyn got back to me saying they might be able to squeeze us in earlier in the day. Always welcome when you’re without hot water. The technician finished his other work early and was able to get to our house about an hour before our new appointment time. Geo arrived with a smile on his face and a sturdy handshake. He explained what he had found and got our hot water running again. I am truly impressed with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Robyn’s initial customer service was unbelievable. Geo’s friendly and professional service work was great. And the price was about as I expected. Truly a five star experience.

Ira Hanson was recommended by several neighbors so I gave them a call when we had an issue. They provided absolutely outstanding service! Called at 10am and they had had Gary at our house by 1130! Gary assessed our situation and was able to come back out at noon the next day to talks care of it. Gary and the entire Ira Hansen team were polite, professional and tidy in their work. We will absolutely use them again when we have a plumbing need.

Antonio was friendly and helpful. Successfully cleaned the drain line without trying to upsell. This is now my go-to plumber. They were helpful on the phone and arrived on time. Communications was superb.

I was in a panic when I saw water pouring out of my water heater yesterday. I called my regular plumber but they couldn't help. I did a quick search online and Ira Hansen and Sons ad caught my eye. I called and I swear Chad was here within minutes, he turned off the water at the main before even coming to my door. I am sure my blood pressure lowered instantly.
Needless to say it was time to replace my 30 plus year old water heater. Chad was able to do that in record time in spite of dealing with many other emergencies in my area and the fact that Sparks was in the midst of rain, hail and flooding. Our experience today with Gary at Ira Hansen was top notch. Not only did they fit me in with our emergency with 1/2 hour but Gary came back with the part had us all fixed quickly. Gary was professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciate you!

Steve came early and was very kind and professional. He worked very hard and quickly. Steve was informative and I would want him again if I need more help with plumbing issues.

I had been getting quotes from multiple businesses before hearing about Ira Hansen over the radio. I decided to give them a call and I’m glad I did. Since I had multiple questions, Robin in the office had Greg, one of their techs contact me. He was able to give me accurate quotes on everything I needed and explained all of my options. They were able to set everything up quickly, and Greg was able to take care of all of the replacements in one appointment. He’s friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing, made sure each replacement was working correctly and cleaned up after. I’ll definitely be calling for him again with my next set of plumbing replacements for the house.

Gary showed up ready to work at the predetermined appointment time. Friendly and ready to get the job. He even offered to come early. We had issues with low water pressure. He was able diagnose the problem in 5 minutes replaced the part in 15 mins a while training apprentice.

I called with a water heater leak that had done some damage to the platform it was sitting on. You were able to have Greg stop by on short notice, and he showed up promptly. Greg and his partner (sorry, didn’t catch a name) who came to help were excellent from start to finish. Greg explained solutions very well, and was able to both help improve the state of the base, and get the water heater replaced all in one afternoon/evening. He also took a look at some other more minor fixes we need done soon. Really great work and experience overall.

Gary came earlier than the estimated time which worked perfectly for me. It was very nice meeting him and he was also kind and charismatic which made it easy to talk to. He was able to fix my issue by unclogging whatever was stuck and now my water drains. He also offered to send us a quote to fix the piping that we are aware needs replacement. Thank you Gary and thank you tot he company and Robyn as well for a wonderful friendly service.

Great job by Hansen’s plumbing! Replaced all water lines in our condo, came on time for installation, got the work done per their schedule and no additional costs. Great experience, I will certainly use them again.

I contacted Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing recently to install a new kitchen faucet. The receptionist Taylor was polite and courteous in scheduling a replacement service call, and scheduled Gary to install the same day. Gary arrived promptly as scheduled, he was polite, courteous, and efficient, and completed the job quickly. Thank you for your quick, efficient, and quality service!

Hansen Plumbing did a great job. Dawson explained what needed to be done and gave me options! He also had to clean up from the previous plumber that left my bathroom a mess and was unable to even start the job, much less, finish it! I'm so happy with the job Hansen did, great work, I highly recommend.
