Johnson Plumbing took care of a plumbing issue in our home and Johnny an emplyee with Johnson Plumbing who did the job is simply amazing!!! He is not only a great fixer, but a lovely guy to have for any plumbing needs you may have!!!

Ken was very professional and efficient. He communicated with me about the work he was doing. I am very happy with Ken’s service and with Johnson plumbing!

Ted showed up right away and gave me an honest assessment of my problem. We discussed different options and came up with something I could deal with at the time. Ted and his assistant went to work and completed the job quickly and fixed the problem. I will definitely use Johnson from now on. Also what I was charged was very reasonable.

They were recommended by another plumber because they know how to deal with cast iron pipes. The other companies who came to look did not want to touch this repair. The two plumbers I dealt with, Jake Barnhart (who did the work) and Nico (did the estimate) were excellent.

This firm is extremely conscientious and customer oriented. It almost seems their primary focus is customer satisfaction rather than making money. They offer cost effective solutions and they have the skills to accomplish the job. I consider Johnson Plumbing and Jonathan particularly, my plumbers for life.

We will forever call Johnson Plumbing for our plumbing needs! When we had a cracked pipe in our home, I called about 7 different local companies trying to find someone to fix it. Since we had a bad experience with a different company in the past, we were very hesitant with having someone come out and give us the run around again.
As soon as I called Johnson Plumbing, I knew they were the ones we would book an appointment with. The woman on the phone was empathetic with our situation and actually took the time to ask about what exactly was going on and helped by giving suggestions as to what to do until they could get to us. When Eric arrived he was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and efficient. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Johnson Plumbing!

My water heater was 20+ years old and I wanted to replace it before it caused a problem. Johnson Plumbing was prompt, courteous and replaced it with Bradford White unit I requested. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

I called, and was told that I could get same day service. Ken showed up about 3 hours later, to fix a bath tub issue. Very professional. Great service. He had the job complete very fast. Competative pricing. I woild definitely recommend Johnson. Thank you!

First visit charged $600 for a clogged kitchen drain, garbage disposal and reconfigure pipes under kitchen sink to unclog. First technician told me it was fixed. The sink is still not draining properly. Called them back and another technician was sent out. He did not clear the clog either. Johnson Plumbing only has a 25 ft snake and I was told they do not guarantee drain clogs and I should call another company - good advice for anyone thinking about using Johnson Plumbing.

They're very quick and professional. I've called them a couple times. Once for a leak in my shower and then for water heater installation. I absolutely would recommend them.

The people at Johnson Plumbing are very easy to work with. When you call, you always get a real person on the line and the turn around time is amazing! The guys that come out are always friendly and fair. We have really enjoyed working with Johnson Plumbing and will continue to work with them. We use them for our business but I would think twice to call them for home repair too!

Rodney came by with a heated bidet seat and install it and everything was fine. Rodney did a good job. He’s very nice man.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. From the first initial steps with staff communication I was happy with the interactions and were impressed with how they just didn't slap on the most expensive thing they could and call it a day.

Then the technician arrived right on time and he absolutely knew his stuff. He went above and beyond for what he needed to do to be able to give me the best options and explaining the pros/cons of each one. This company is not out to nickel and dime you, but are actually for the customer and will give you knowledge of your situation. They are fair, give you all your options, and let you make an educated decision for yourself instead of telling you to go with the most expensive route. I will 1000% be going back to them for other plumbing needs I have.

I honestly can't say enough about this company. From start to finish it was a great experience and I felt very important as the customer.

I always request Ken to get the job done! If you need an honest, direct and efficient plumber this is the guy you need! Scheduling appointments are super easy over the phone, time frames for service are great and Ken communicated his ETA without any hesitation. I own a Bar in downtown Reno with ancient plumbing and I have never felt so much relief calling Ken to fix the unkept issues! Ken would always give me the diagnostic and mentally prepare myself with the best and worst case scenario. I highly recommend as a business owner to use this company!

Possibly the worst drivers I've ever seen in my life I really can't speak to their Plumbing skills. And I would never hire them because putting them on the road is dangerous. Seemingly goes out of his way to Blind everybody.

Edit: So concerned about safety it took only 9 months to address the issue.

Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. So thankful for their expertise.

Called for a mixing valve cartridge replacement, I live in an apartment so water shutoffs for repairs only happen once a month. Put myself on the list and explained it to the plumber who said he would be here. Two weeks later the shut off day happens but no one shows up. Called them, he apologized and said he would come tomorrow. Didn't show up again or call. I called the next day, no one answered so left a message, still no call back. Would give them zero stars if I could as it was a complete waste of time, not one to leave reviews but it's been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had

Overall, excellent service. Our technician Rodney was a true professional. Very communicative, did what he said he was going to do and got the job done quickly and easily. He seems to really care. I wouldn’t call anyone else in the Reno area.
