We had Rafal and his guys handle a couple different projects at our house. They took care of running a gas line and did a fantastic job. They just came back and replaced the compression fittings/shutoffs for all faucets/toilets, and then installed new fixtures and water takeaways. Rafal, Luke, and his team were easy to get ahold of and always let me know when they were going to be coming by to do the work. Quite possibly the easiest trades guys to work with and the quality of the work is what everyone should expect. Cost is reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this amazing company over the past few weeks on tbe adventures of getting my warranty company to replace my water heater . The ladies in the office have been amazing but the mvp in my book is the field technician skip , not only is he knowledgeable but the level of customer care and satisfaction my family received from him is beyond measure . We were out of town and Titan plumbing was called by the pipe insurance for outdoor plumbing. They came out, diagnosed the problem and sent us a reasonable estimate for repair.

I only use this company in the first place because my home warranty called them and they did come out quickly however, after they fixed what was broken, they broke something else and will not fix it without me paying for it. For people in Fernley or Fallon or Reno as far as that goes just call James Porter with Porter plumbing and you’ll get it done correctly

Thank you for taking the proper measures to find the very difficult leak (outside pipe) and fixing it. I had tried other agencies and none had been able locate the leak nor send a leak detector. I know digging wasn't easy, I cannot thank you enough for being diligent and not giving up!

Sean from Titan plumbing came out today to fix my irrigation valve. They were extremely pleasant and helpful and did a wonderful efficient job. I would highly recommend tighten for any kind of service.

I had insurance so was not out of pocket any money. However, maybe that’s the reason Titan left two 81 year olds with no continuous water service for 2 weeks. My husband had to go to the street and turn our curb valve on and off when we did laundry, showered or flushed toilets. All of that activity while on a heart monitor. I don’t think that is acceptable service.

I had some plumbing issues at my house, but it was resolved by Jason at Titan Plumbing. He was courteous and professional, he moved quickly to fix the problem. I couldn't be any more grateful.

Once the approval for service was handled, the pipe repair was done quickly. The repairman was very cordial and cleaned up after the work was completed. He also explained everything very thoroughly.

Titan came out via home warranty company AHS. They were on-time and repaired the reserve tank on top of the water heater without issue. Communication was very good. There really was nothing they could have done better...
