Peak Pest Control and Devan McRae provide five stars worth of service. Easy to book the initial appointment. Devan arrived on time and ready to work. He clearly explained the services and the process. I had an overly complicated process involving two different properties and two different payment systems. He answered all of my questions and did both initial treatments. The process was further complicated by dealing with two security gates and a Tennant on one of the properties.
Throughout the visit, Devan was very professional, friendly and patient. This last characteristic is very important to me because too often young people rush the process.

Well the tech managed to get the cob webs on the front door but did not go in the back yard. No one showed up on my front or back yard cameras. Going to cancel the service.

Devan did an excellent job, and the tech do a good job in performing the service.

After months of treatments I still have ants. I am moving and requested my service stopped. They want documentation otherwise say they will charge a fee. They immediately charged a $200 fee, which is hidden in their agreement and not something I knowingly agreed to, and I am very unhappy with the way they choose to operate their business.
