Devon & Amish are excellent techs. Very thorough and took time to cover all areas of the house for pests. Came back in a week to check traps and bait stations. Highly recommend Peak and their techs. 👍🏻👍🏻💯A+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They came around and did a thorough cleanup of wasp nests. During their service they found an ant trail and treated it. Got a follow up call from Devan two weeks later to check on the ants. All gone. Great service. Thanks team.

Impressed by the quality of customer service received by the initial salesperson, the coordinator in the office and the technician that came.

Tried canceling my subscription, but they insisted they had to talk to me on the phone first. When I called they just accused me of going to a competitor (I didn’t) several times and saying my reason for canceling didn’t make sense, then charged me $250 and hung up the phone. Was planning on restarting my membership in the future, but after this experience I probably will not.
Service was what you expect, but customer service is not what I would deem acceptable for a company.

Hashim went above and beyond with excellent customer service. He arrived for quarterly service and also was proactive with sealing burrowing under house.

I want to thank Devon and Carson. We were suddenly visited by hundreds of ants in the pantry. Made a panic call to the office and Devon took charge and completely obliterated them. The next best thing is he called and followed up to ensure the ants were gone. He has a very welcoming personality and presents himself well to customers.

Very impressed with Peak Pest thus far! Devan did a wonderful job with our first quarterly service. He was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable, paying special attention to areas of concern. We saw results almost immediately, and feel reassured that we are in good hands should any issues arise. The combination of professionalism, skill, and integrity is elusive these days, and Peak does it well!

I'm sure Daniel did a great job but he was done so quickly I didn't get a chance to go over what he did while he was here. It says in his report that he sprayed the perimeter of the house as well as the eaves and the fenceline. I was in my office and only heard him go down the south side of my home one time while he was spraying under the eaves. It would have been nice if he could have taken a minute after he was done to review what he did. Just a thought. Thanks

Cancelled the service in July because my dog got horribly sick after their most recent visit (kept him inside much longer than they suggested).

Just billed me yesterday for $308 after 5 months of no service.

My tech was GREAT!! He was polite and patience with my 3 dogs. Very informative. He put all the traps everywhere. Inside amd out.

Kelly Evans was amazing! I hope she does my follow up visit. She was friendly and very concerned about my problems. She seems to really love her job!
