I can't say enough great things about these guys! Working with Frank, Terry, Loius, and their team has been a absolute pleasure. We are completing our yard in phases and for phase 1 we had them do the pavers, retaining wall, terrace, and grass. All of which came out great. I could not be happier.

I can't say enough good things about Premium Lawn & Landscapes. It was great being able to work with Premium Lawn & Landscapes designers. They listened to what we wanted, and their team made it happen. Luis the project manager was great, always keeping us informed at each stage of the process. Between the design team and the crew at our house, they gave us exactly what we wanted. I was totally blown away with not only their hard work and professionalism, but the design and construction of our landscaping and rock retaining walls. I would definitely recommend Premium Lawn & Landscapes to anyone looking for a quality landscaping company.

Frank from Elite Curb and Concrete as well as Premium Lawn and Landscape. He poured our driveway approximately a year ago and the job has been a disaster. The concrete cured out with large, white patches that have no color at all. The color was supposed to be the darker beige seen in the attached photos. We paid $70,000 for concrete work that looks like a giraffe. To make matters worse, this company does not stand by their work. The lack of professionalism has made us very angry. We waited months for Frank to even respond to our concerns only to be told he was waiting on a product to arrive that he felt might take off the white blotches. He lied as he never ordered any product. He lied. He then stated he would address the issue in the Spring when the heat had a chance to cure out the coloring. We did not hear back from him despite phone calls, emails and text messages. Summer arrived with record setting hot temperatures and nothing changed on the concrete. After the entire Summer of trying to get a hold of Frank, he then stated the concrete was normal because it was poured in the Winter and the blankets created "sweat spots". He wouldn't do anything further. We consulted with numerous concrete companies who all stated they had never seen this type of discoloration and they had poured thousands of jobs in the Winter with blankets used. We were told it looked as though the concrete may not have been mixed properly or it was a bad bath. Concrete may have some discoloration but this was not acceptable and highly unusual. We were told that staining it would not solve the issue because any color we chose would not absorb the same since the discoloration variation was too great. The only solution was to jack hammer up all the concrete and start over. The only thing we asked of Frank was to help us with a solution. He refused to even meet with us or have anyone from the concrete company come out to look at it. The other factor that may have contributed to this concrete issue, is that Frank never told us he did not have his own crew to work on our job. He was "scabbing" employees that could only work after hours once their day was completed with other companies. The crew didn't even arrive until late evening and the concrete was spread out during nightfall. This was NOT the contract we signed up for! We now are forced to take legal action against Elite Curb and Concrete which could have been avoided if Frank just communicated with us. I would NEVER recommend them as Frank was dishonest, deceitful and unprofessional. See photos attached and see if this kind of a concrete job would be acceptable if this were your home.

Premium Lawn and Landscape’s was awesome. From the beginning Frank answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions and honest opinions about the design. He was always very responsive to my texts. Once the work started everyone was great. On time or early and always kept me updated on what was going on. Luis was the project manager and recommended lighting and I’m so glad he did. It looks amazing. The foreman on the job was pleasant to talk to and also answered any questions I had. I would recommend them for any landscape work you have. I love my new backyard and can’t wait to enjoy it come spring. Thank you so much Premium Lawn and Landscape’s. 10/10

I had received a quote from a different local landscaping company to redo our front yard in 2022. After deciding to hold off for the time being, we were finally ready to pull the trigger this spring of 2024. I contacted Premium Lawn & Landscapes to get a second quote/design to compare to the one we received in 2022, and Frank was out at the house within a couple days to take a look. After walking the yard with us, Frank said he would come up with a design and be back in week to go over it. A week later Frank presented the design and went over the pricing with us. We loved the design Frank and his designer came up with and the quote beat the one we had received 2 years prior! Once we signed the agreement and gave Frank a deposit of 30 percent, we did have to wait 8 weeks for the crew to start the work, but that was to be expected. Once the crew started the work the superintendent Terry took over as the point of contact and he was in contact with us on a daily basis to go over updates and make sure things were exactly how we envisioned them to be. We could not be happier working with Terry and his 2 man crew (and also Luis who filled in for Terry while he was gone for a few days). Terry went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and corners weren't cut, which is not always the case with other companies. Terry even stopped by on the weekends just to check on the yard and water the existing plants and trees that weren't removed with the demo. This was a fairly large project and it was completed in 8 weeks from start to finish. We couldn't be more pleased with the end results and had a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend working with Frank and his team of skilled employees if you have the opportunity, you won't be disappointed!

From the design, through the concrete and landscape install as well as the the pergola design and install, working with Frank and his team at Premium Lawn and Landscape was absolutely fabulous! Frank built a design that incorporated our goals and then took a step beyond. He and his team kept excellent communication with us throughout the whole process. They were extremely accommodating in helping us choose the right plants for our landscape and the rock we felt was appealing. The concrete patio they poured was great and the color was perfect with the pergola cover that was installed. They met and exceeded every expectation.

We had a second story patio cover installed. It’s absolutely beautiful. We are so happy with it. Thank you Frank, Louis, Chris and Alonzo. You are the best. Very respectful of our property and they cleaned up everything every day. I would highly recommend them.

We had a large job on two adjacent properties, which included two sidewalks, a patio, part of a garage floor, a long driveway, front walkway and porch. We had extensive damage due to roots from a large spruce tree. We wanted pavers in the front and concrete behind the fences in the backyards. After having the spruce tree removed and the stump ground, we received bids from a concrete contractor, a paver contractor that we have used before, and then Premier Lawn and Landscape who does both. The Basalite Store in Sparks provided a list of local Basalite trained installers and that’s where we found Premier Lawn and Landscape (Premier) listed. Frank’s bid from Premier was lower than the other two combined and we knew it would be easier to work with just one contractor rather than coordinating and scheduling with two. We chose Premier and Frank gave us an ETA of 6-8 weeks from mid-September.
As with any construction job, timing can be tricky due to weather and change-order delays. Our start date was 11 weeks after the initial bid due to those types of issues. We worked together with Terry, the foreman, to determine what we could do in advance to prep the job site and prepare for the crew to facilitate our project.
The crew started on December 1st and worked continuously until the project was completed on December 11th. The weather was cold, but remained dry and they worked long days and worked hard. Terry and his crew understood we needed access into and out of the home each day and they accommodated our needs. In each of the areas where tree roots had lifted the previous concrete, they were diligent in removing all of them. On the day they poured concrete, the truck showed up at 1pm and so did many additional workers to wheelbarrow the concrete and finish it. They worked continuously until close to 5pm. The next phase of the project was to tear up and remove the front driveway and sidewalk and prepare for pavers. The same two workers did all the prep work for the pavers and took the lead in setting the pavers. Premier’s crews are multi-talented in this way. They used wet saws to cut the pavers rather than cutting them dry which made a huge difference in minimizing paver dust on the job site and across the neighbor’s yards and cars. We greatly appreciated them doing so.
We were under a time crunch to complete our project, so Frank had his crew work on a Saturday and brought in an additional two-man crew to help with the pavers to speed things up. All the concrete looks great and the paver walkways and driveway look awesome! Premier Lawn and Landscape did an outstanding job on our project and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend them for concrete and/or pavers! -
they do good work

Great service, experienced and knowledgeable workers, and their portfolio is beautiful

Ruined a crawl space hitting an irrigation line. Took no accountability and tried to blame the home owner. Over all bad business!

Unfortunately I wanted to like this company, and by my better judgement and former reviews I had read leaving me skeptical, I still used them for a gutter install because the price and timing was right…
After install I did a brief overlook of the job, the roof flashing was bent up all over and to some cases beyond 90° to install the gutters, but left that way, very poor craftsmanship. I called them back to fix it and a leak that was pretty substantial. Unfortunately at the time of the service call I didn’t notice a section where they had installed a run, that had two 90° angles, followed by another run and a downspout. The first run was installed almost 1.5” too low so it has standing water in it. When I noticed this it was “outside the warranty” although it was installed incorrectly in the first place. I called the company about 15 months after they were installed- this January to get it fixed- yes we’ve had a lot of snow this winter where I live so I can understand the delay in service. Well it’s been 4 months now and still no service and now they want to charge me a service fee to come out and fix the installers mistake. Kind of a slap in the face. But whatever, that’s why I’m letting the public know I guess.. I mean, they work, are they pretty? Meh. Is it what I expected? Not compared to some of the other jobs I’ve seen in the neighborhood. Maybe get a contractor who isn’t doing “All” the things, and one who specializes in gutters, or whatever the project is. “A Jack of all trades Is a master of none.”
Update-After a few months and coincidentally after this review they came out and fixed it free of charge- thank you. -
With no request, and no permission. Advertising material was stuck to a glass door. That has now left a sticky residue behind upon removal. Completely unacceptable even if I was interested I would never use this company

I see negative reviews but I was treated well. The mark of a good company is customer service. My expensive motorized shade screen was installed and due to uneven patio pavers it would not roll up all the way and looked bad. Without hesitation, Chuck agreed to order a new screen. As it is 16’ wide this will demolish his bottom line profit. I appreciate them doing this and would not hesitate doing business with them in the future.

Just finished replacing 125 feet of fence, RV gate. WOW, what a great job! They were neat, clean and so was the job site when they left. Have one more fence to replace and will most definitely have them complete the work.
