We received services from them, for a yard remodel. It wasn’t a small project, originally giving us a three week timeline.
It ended up being 9 weeks! Not because we had a lot to do, but Frank continued to pull the workers from our project to others constantly! We weren’t able to even use our backyard for almost two weeks because it was just a dust pile, had giant holes, and in complete disarray.
He rarely communicated when people would show up or when they wouldn’t. So many times were told that they would be back tomorrow and then we wouldn’t see them for 3-5 days and they were told they had other priorities.

However, the timeliness and the communication of this project was a 1. He needs to figure out his management before he agrees to so many projects.
We spent a pretty penny and haven’t recommended to anyone since because of the poor communication.

Frank and his team are quick to get the work done in a timely manner, but be prepared to wait for the work to begin.

We waited just over 3 months (signed our contract end of July, work completed beginning of November) part of that was accounted for via the contract requiring 6-8 weeks before work can be scheduled.

Docking one star not necessarily because of the wait, but because there was little to no communication as to why we had to wait without us having to persistently instigate the conversation.

If there's a delay in work due to other contracts being altered, other clients making things difficult, understaffing, or lack of materials; we wouldn't have minded knowing. I'd like to think we're fairly reasonable people, we have expectations but reality often affects things beyond our scope of knowledge.

We’ve done two major projects with Frank Torres and Premium Lawn and Landscapes.
Both projects were handled extremely professionally and turned out great. Frank is outstanding at customer relations and really worked hard to make sure the projects were exactly what we were looking for.
They are fairly priced and the quality of their work is as good as it gets.
We highly recommend Frank, his crews and company.

Frank and terry are very easy to communicate with. If something didn’t flow correctly, they were the first ones to fix it and get it done right. There was a days Worth of work That wasn’t per plan and the very next day was torn out and redone. That’s quality working in my opinion. Would and will use Frank and Terry on any other projects we have in the future!

We had a great experience with Mark and his crew. Every communication was responded to quickly and professionally. Once we were able to coordinate a schedule for the maintenance on our yard the crew was at our house within 15 mins. They were very thorough and asked several questions to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted. They cleaned up everything as they worked and worked quickly and efficiently. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the service we received. We will definitely be using their services again and for other projects as well.

Premium Lawn and Landscape did a great job on my recent projects. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely be using them for future projects. I recommend them to anyone I know that needs landscaping projects done. They really care about their customers. Their quality of work is unmatched.

I cannot say enough good things about Premium Lawn and Landscape. We chose them to do our front yard and backyard landscaping for a new build. We obtained several bids and Premium's came back very competative. We really liked the communication and transparancy working with Frank and Terry. Terry alone is worth choosing this company. He was so attentive and focused on creating exactly what we wanted, answering all our questions, and making sure our yard thrived. The team of landscapers were very respectful of the property, keeping everything very neat and organized during the job. Update (4/7/2025) - After 356 days, Frank finally sent someone out to fix the column. They completed it in 1 day. Thank you.

(1/28/2025) I have not heard from the company, so I am reaching out here. I hope to reach someone to help with the warranty work promised to us.

Hello Frank - I am following up on our previous discussions regarding the tilting of the column at our home. On April 15, 2024, you indicated that you would “attempt to raise the Column in the next week, like the middle of next week.” Unfortunately, that was 288 days ago.

Furthermore, during your physical visit on June 24, 2024, you assured me someone would come out within a week to address this issue. As of today, 218 days have passed, and we have not seen any action taken.

The weather is freezing, and the ground is becoming hard to work with, making it imperative to resolve this matter soon or to schedule a time in Spring 2025. Please provide me with a firm date when we can expect someone to address the column. We need at least 24 hours notice to ensure that someone is home to meet the repair team. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

I would appreciate a prompt response since we last heard from you on June 24, 2024.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Frank and his team. Luis and Chris were very professional and detailed in completing my patio cover and concrete patio extension. I would highly recommend Premium Lawn for future projects.

I left a lot of messages on a lot of voicemails for our little 50’ curbing job. Most never bothered to call me back. A couple came by to look at the job but then never bothered to even send a quote. Frank was able to give me a quote over the phone for our little job and with my concerns over the temperature dropping, he scheduled his crew to come out two days later. You could tell Santiago and Antonio knew what they doing and busted out the job in about an hour and it looks GREAT!!! The picture doesn’t do the job justice as it was freshly poured. I would definitely use them again and will be referring them to anyone needing this type of work. Thanks Frank and crew…Great job!

Great firm. Frank provided design/build proposal that met our criteria, schedule and budget. His team (Luis, Miquel & Thomas) was professional, completed quality project on time and within budget. The crew kept an organized, clean job site. Carefully secured nightly to protect our dogs. Plan to hire Frank for Phase 2. Highly recommend that you do the same!

I had several companies come out to bid on a large backyard project and ultimately, I decided on Premium Lawn & Landscapes because they always got back to me during the bidding process in a timely manner and they were reasonably priced.
The crew chiefs were constantly in contact with me throughout the entirety of the project, and we worked together to find solutions when any inevitable roadblocks arose. Their crews arrived on time and were always respectful, kind, and ended each day cleaning up the job site.
Now that the project is complete, I absolutely love walking out to my beautiful backyard. I am looking forward to barbecuing and entertaining family & friends in my new and improved space for years to come.

12/10 recommend. We gave them a blank slate of weeds and dirt and they worked with us to create a dream backyard. It now has so many exciting features like the putting green, mini beach, fire pit area and conjoined walkway to out neighbor's house with the beautiful staircase entrance. Their ability to design an outdoor family space surpassed our expectations! Thank you!

We moved into a new build house and had a bare backyard, premium came out and got an idea of what our vision for the yard was. We sent them pictures of things that we liked and they drew up a design that we loved within our budget. Though it was a long process the end result has been amazing. They were easy to work with through the project and have continued to be easy to work with when we have questions or concerns.

Frank was able to give me a quote over the phone for a mow strip (concrete curbing) around the grass in my front yard. A great price that was considerably cheaper than other companies! I called on a Monday and had the work done that Thursday! His team showed up on time and completed the work! We couldn’t be happier with everything!
