Matthew seemed to be in a hurry during the inspection of my house. I felt like he didn't have time for me to tell him what was happening. He did go under the house and brought up two traps with mice. He did check over the house, shed andd garage.
He was in such a hurry he didn’t close the lid to under the house and i am sure he didn't replace those traps.
Also he said he took pictures under the house but i didn’t see them.

Hashim is so professional and knowledgeable. He is friendly and patient. He explained what he was going to do for me and asked me questions and was so patient with me (I’m 80 years old).

Cody from Peak Pest Control is polite, attentive and very thorough. He remembered our property and past issues with beetles and made sure to treat those areas thoroughly. Also, Cody advised me on rodent control and set bait traps

I like this company. They are terrific in terms of notification, thoroughness of home inspection for pests, and politeness. I’m very pleased with all aspects of the business delivery.

CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BERUAE (BBB) RATING BEFORE SIGNING CONTRACT. I take care of my parents and they had a door to door person sign up my parents home without me there a few months ago. They have an incredibly sub par service and make them pay for unnecessary extra expenses such as treating their yard for ants which is the entire reason they called them out anyway and wasp nest removal? Isn’t that why they’re paying you monthly for treatment? On top of this, we have tried canceling numerous times and the owner makes you have to call them in order to cancel which was not what is stated in their contract. Peak specifically has in writing that in order to cancel, you can send in written notice after signing the contract. This is not the sales rep doing this, THE OWNER is giving fake clauses in their contract stating their customers must call and pay $300+ and jump through various other hoops to cancel services they are barely even receiving. If you don’t pay these fees, they send you to collections agencies that dock your credit score as well apparently. Stay as far away from them as possible. Reading other reviews it looks like others have terrible experiences as well. Technicians spend less than 10 minutes treating per job as well. Highly suggest using CAD for pest needs

Devon was here today for our quarterly maintenance. He was extremely courteous and polite in explaining what he was going to do. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me understand why he doing it. He completed the service as requested and we got what we paid for. Thanks to Devon for his quality service.

We had a small problem with black widows in the summer and peak pest control came out and treated our house. They did a wonderful job and we haven’t had any problems with spider since. There was some confusion with contracts and monthly billing but Peak Pest Control was fair and easy to deal with in resolving these issues. From the service technician, the people that answer the phones to Kyler, the owner of the company, everyone is super straightforward, fair, and professional.

Jacob is a wonderful tech. He is very polite, professional and friendly. We are happy to have such a great employee come to our and complete our pest control service.

Devan was thorough and professional. He explained everything throughout the process and was able to address all my questions. He did an amazing job!

Codie and his assistant Ashley offered outstanding service. Codie has extensive knowledge on all things pest and weed control and patiently explained both emergent and pre-emergent weed killer. The premium spray and pest control went down flawlessly. My wife and I are satisfied and delighted with Codie and Ashley’s work and service. Recommend!

Logan was professional, seemed to know exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Although the CO2 sensors continued to beep, he gave suggestions for a permanent fix. He was relaxed with a noisy dog for which I am grateful.

The Safety Squad member often comes the same day or the next to do seasonal tasks such as installing a new air filter. One member actually installed a sink and cabinet in our tight-fitting laundry room. Try 'em. Joe Parks
